We have ordered delivery from here several times with no issues, but today I decided to try their sushi. Since I had never visited the restaurant in person, I wanted to know the restaurant score prior to order raw fish from them. My receptionist called to ask and then place our office order. The man who answered acted like she didnt know what she was talking about, so I told her to go ahead and place my "back-up" order and to forget about the sushi. After she told him she was ready to order, she was put on hold, and no one ever picked up the line to take her order. After a few minutes, I told her Id call back to place the order. I again attempted to ask what the restaurant score was, and the man who answered proceeded to YELL at me for asking and told me I was wasting his time, and that it was 100. I stated, "I wanted to order sushi, but I wanted to know the score first." To which he responded that he was really busy and didnt have time to tell me the score, and did I want to order or not because I was wasting his time. It was wasting his time to take 10 seconds to answer a legitimate question from a customer who was about to order $40 worth of food? I told him that if that was his attitude toward a customers question, then wed order from somewhere else and never bother him again. His response was "OK, good." Unbelievable. Save yourself some hassle and order from someone else who cares about customers.

The only thing worse than the food is the customer service. I ordered 2 orange chickens, got home and took a bite from the egg roll which was fine. When I tried the chicken, I actually thought it was just a very crispy piece..so i spit it out and tried a larger piece and it was the same way. Tasted like it was overdone, burnt grease. I started opening the chicken and saw there was NO chicken in ANY of it..not some that was dry, none..(picture included). I called and spoke with the owner who was so rude and immediately called me a liar and said "no complaints on chicken". I said I wanted my money back and she said to bring all the food back, including the egg rolls and sauces? I took the food back and she went thru the bag, refused to look at the chicken and implied I had eaten the food. However I told her to look at the bottom of the bag where I had spit out what I had attempted to eat. While she was inspecting the bag, I noticed a huge container of egg rolls uncovered, a huge pan of cooked chicken wings with a greasy box directly on top of the food as well as a tub of ribs also uncovered. Take a look at the table it all sat on directly behind the cash register and notice the filth on the 2nd shelf. This place, the owner and whatever that was that they called chicken was all below any standard of decency and they shouldnt be open.

I wish I could rate this place a zero. If you want "decent" Chinese cuisine it may work. But if you want "good" Chinese food, youll be gravely disappointed. I have ordered from this place at least 4-5 times (at least) because they have decent food and they are the only take-out delivery in my neighborhood. But I have noticed that if you order "late," close to 9 pm (They close at 10 pm) your food suffers tremendously. So I stopped ordering late, right? Ok. More than once I have ordered and they say "30 minutes", each time that 30 minutes becomes an hour and sometimes more...(Hope the kids that answer the phone get around to putting your order in because on one occasion for me, they didnt!) Then after waiting all that time, I have to deal with a driver that constantly begs for tips. Before you can get the money out of your pocket, take you food and offer a tip, hes asking or staring you down like youd better. He gets insulted of course, if you give him any change, regardless of whether its $5.00 in change. He wants bills. lol I tipped him $5 once and he still wanted more. I just laughed, like really? Thanked him and closed the door. They already charge a delivery fee and then you get "strong-armed" by the driver for another $4-$5. lol Funny, right?! Yeah, unless youre hungry!

I ordered from here today and spent about $35 dollars and found a bug in the food. I called and asked if I can have my money back because this food was all made in the same kitchen and I was not going to eat any of it! She said no She can just make me another one and the bug was from the oil and that it was okay. I then replied no it is not okay that there is a bug in my food thats disgusting! She still refused to give me my money back do not order from here because clearly they hardly change the oil that they cook with and clean the kitchen. Nasty!

The food is good but they are so rude!!! I normally just ignore it but today they went too far! My office was ordering from there every Friday until they yelled at my boss for no reason. We asked if they would label the orders but they said that was too much trouble for them. We could never tell what dish was what as they all looked similar. They told us they would at least number the orders which they didnt even do. This restaurant just lost $50 a week in business at least and they dont seem to care.

6/22/2016 (lunch) Ordered Kung Pao Chicken; VERY disappointed. The chicken was breaded, deep fried. Totally overdone; hard and just ugly. Very few veggies and the sauce tasted sour. Worst meal I have ever had from there. Their quality has been in a steep decline for a couple years. It used to be very good but not at all theses days. My husband and I have tried several times with different entrées and the quality is just not there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food is very good. The older male and the female are the most rude people I have ever encountered in a business. How do you yell at someone and tell them they are too much trouble when they are picking up $60 worth of food?? If your customers are too much trouble maybe you should run a business that doesnt require interaction with customers. The female is especially rude, like you are interrupting her day picking up or ordering food.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We placed a lunch order for delivery today. After an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting we had to cal lto find out order had not even been prepared yet, much less sent out for delivery. The woman on the phone was extremely rude when we questioned what was taking so long like it was somehow our fault. Avoid this restaurant for your lunch deliveries!!!

My husband and I always order from them and the sweet and sour shrimp is horrible. Its a waste of money and very disappointing! The delivery guy was so rude by being on the phone, I asked how much he showed me the ticket and continued to talk on his phone. We gave him a tip that was not worth it. Customer service is something they dont care about!
