I called to order lunch this afternoon. The first two calls were never answered. My third call was answered but I was asked to hold for a minute and the phone was set down. I could hear the conversations and commotion as this young lady was told not to accept any more to-go orders right now. Its 12:15pm on a Wednesday. I was left "on hold" for about 12 minutes before I hung up. Needless to say, I called another BBQ restaurant that appreciated my business.

It was my first visit and went through the drive through. First off, the guy taking my order was super nice! He took time to explain the menu since it was my first time and this made the experience a wonder start! I the the #1. It was really good and the sauce had great flavor. I particularly enjoyed the bag of pork rinds! Its addictive. I would certainly recommend this place and eat here regularly particularly since the service was so great.

Have eaten there before and been reasonably satisfied, pretty good, acceptable, but not great. Visited a day or two ago and it wasnt very good. The soft drinks tasted flat (opinion of both diners), the hot barbeque sauce had an odd harsh vinegar taste to it, not the normal vinegar bite, but just kinda off. Ill probably eat there again, but not for a while. If this had been my first visit it wouldve been my last.

1) Quality of Meat: Decent enough but suspicious if full of hormones. 2) Cashier/Ordering Service for Take-Out: Needs to be separate from In-House Patrons. 3)Seating: Facility too small and furniture uncomfortable. 4)Cooks must learn Well Done DOES NOT mean burnt just cooked thoroughly through.

I have eaten here since they originally opened on Broad St. Never had a bad meal there. Love the mustard BBQ sauce mixed with the sweet BBQ sauce, even dip my fries in it. The picture shows a sample of other items available.

NOT at Center Street. Now located on Memorial Blvd, opposite the Fort Henry Mall (Kingsport Town Center). Google shows it at both locations but only gives old street address at each. Food was okay, nothing great.

This is the only place we get BBQ. The people are sweet just like their tea. Their wings are amazing and the atmosphere is cozy. They have a drive thru and they can handle big call in orders.

I would crawl naked through sharded glass to eat here! If you leave here hungry its your own fault. Ive circumnavigated the earth 3 times and rhis is the best Ive found.

Awesome hickory smoked turkey sandwich, great burgers, bbq and beef brisket. My dog likes the milk bones they give him at the drive thru window also
