Worst visit ever. It started at the front door, the greeter/seater tried to seat me and my two barely teenagers in the bar area. Family area had maybe 2 families seated, we had to wait for our server to come to our table. Made to feel like we were a burden to her, she would sit down things, say no problem. I dont drink, I love V-8 juice, so I usually order non-alcoholic v-Mary at different places to try their mix. I ordered that, I received the alcohol version mixed drink. I kept my cool. Once our server returned, I asked her twice if I was brought the non alcohol version, she said yes. She left and returned and told me I was given the version with alcohol. The hostess attitude went down hill from there. We got mumbled responses. We had to ask to get more tea, no ice included. I will never return.

If you enjoy watching the waitstaff argue among themselves, staring at your food for fifteen minutes without any silver ware to eat it with, and having people come to your table repeatedly with other peoples food then this is the place for you. A very dirty establishment, I know its brand new, a waitstaff that appeared to have no training, and wings that are comparable to the TGI Fridays that you get at the grocery store freezer is what you should expect. Save your time and money and just go to Wild Wings, it is not worth your time and most deffinately not your money to give it a try. Its not even getting 1 star from me. Highly Ticked Off!!!

I visit here often. The food is great, but service has been getting worse in the last few months. Today took 35 min to get 1 appetizer of chips and beer cheese and 1hr 10 min for food for four of us.everyone one around us with some being part of two same wait. One table for tired of waiting and left.we were going to leave after an he but they said our food was at the window and would be right out. 10 min later we recover it. So if your in a hurry I wouldnt recommend. Not sure if we are going back or not.

They need to take down their wing challenge signs since some cry baby snowflakes complained sent their medical bills to east coast wings whenever they knew that they wing challenge is that a extreme eating event which they sign a waiver for to participate in.. so those of us who arent sissy cry babies are no longer allowed to partake in... chief complaint about this place is they have their wing challenge up on the walls and no longer offer said challenge...

Totally AWESOME!!!! East Coast Wings and Grill has over 50 delicious flavors to choose from including 8 different heat indexes for the wings and anything else on the menu you would like to add flavor or heat to. Also they have big selection of burgers and salads, not to mention other various items to please anyones craving. The staff and managers were very friendly, made me feel right at home. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!!!!!!!

I love the selection of sauces and the wings are usually really good (we go often and theyve only been dry once). Its one of the few places where I venture to try different flavors and I really enjoy how customizable the dishes are. Their appetizers are fantastic (especially the fries) and their salads are huge. Their deserts are really awesome too. Its definitely a crowd pleaser, I just hate how many calories I take in when I eat there, haha.

The staff spent more time on their cellphones than worrying about customers. After waiting 20mins to order(and it was an empty store). They Still got my order wrong 3 times in a row. And the Food wasnt really worth the wait. In My Opinion......They Should Shut It Down And Turn It Into A Cell Phone Store. (And You Know How Much We Need More Of Those!!!)

We have eaten in Kingsport several times and the service is rarely acceptable. We always order a Cobb salad and it never comes with the Avocados. If you dont fill my tea glass during an entire meal its unacceptable. Today the waitress was so behind that I didnt have time to wait on my change so she received a $7 tip on my salad. Pathetic!

They have interesting flavors and a good variety of dishes. Everything there is not fantastic (I had one called the Trueben this week that was meaty but boring) but its fun to try new things.The ground beef quesadilla is a treat. Check it out. Its in the shopping center where Aldis is to the left across from the Pavillion on E Stone Dr.

I do not recommend. Me and my friend went here while sitting at the bar and placed a Togo order and it was her first experience. Our wings were not extra crispy or extra wet as we had specified. Our buffalo mac and cheese was regular mac and cheese. The food was not worth the 60 dollars we paid. They were not right at all.

Service was amazing. From begging to end. Very nice restaurant, amazing service, and very very good food. The steak Philly sandwich was amazing. Looked as good as it tasted, and the buff Mac n cheese OS something different to try. Would definitely recommend this as a go to place.

The wings were GREAT. The service sucks. The bartender was the only one working. There were 4 other females on the other side just standing around talking. The bartender was waiting tables at the bar area and outside by his self. Took forever to get waited on.

So far we have tried the wings, potato chips, shrimp tacos and cookie skillet. Everything has been delicious and reasonably priced. The portions are generous also. Will definitely keep going back for more.

Had the fish tacos. Menu said it was served with pico de gallo. That was missing from my serving. Tacos were fair. Had the Devils backbone Vienna Lager. It was awesome! Staff was great!
