The employees encountered at this establishment were courteous and took the time explain the ordering process. The atmosphere is adequate for a BBQ joint. The food left a lot to be desired. Ribs are about juiciness, seasoning and the sauce. The Baby-B-Rack ribs I ordered were overcooked, dry, and way over-seasoned (too much rub). It was disappointing experience compared to the other BBQ joints in town. They should also make under-seasoned ribs available for kids, as their palettes are not going to be able to handle too much spice. If you want BBQ, go to another joint. If you are in the area, go to Hooters.

Place was clean, service was fast and friendly. The pulled pork was very dry with no smoke flavor or any rub on it. The slaw was flavorless. The green beans were exceptional. The collard greens were bland. The cornbread was very dry and no flavor. The 8 different sauces were really good to extraordinary. As a person who has help a team compete, and as aneeded experienced person who smoked meat for many years, I cant recommend this as a BBQ place, more of BBQ theme. Failing on cornbread is a huge thing in the south. Ill keep searching for 1 decent BBQ place in central Florida.

I came into the Store to get Out of the Sun bcuz I missed My Bus, I was reading & Highlighting a Watchtower, I didnt have Any Money but the Waitress Treated Me like I had a Million Bucks, She Brought Me Samples & Constantly Checked on Me....Her Treatment of Me & Those Samples prompted a Return....1st to find & Tip Her, then to have a Proper Meal and Food was Great & Yes its Pricy but Worth it I took Home Leftovers....I Recommend the Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, Turkey, and Mac & Cheese...The Greens were Good but a Lil Spicy

This place is phenomenal! Im not certain if its a chain, although I suspect it is - all I can say is the execution is flawless. Great food: the pulled pork is out of sight! The sides are top-notch and fresh, the prices are excellent, and the "Support our Troops/Police/Firefighters" message just feels right. Ive had dinner here three times since moving to town and I havent been disappointed once. If you like BBQ, this place is a must-stop.

This is a great place for college students, non-college students alike. First, the price is very cheap (to the point where it is priced like a fast food restaurant). However, the quality is definitely better than a fast food restaurant where it was one of the better barbecue sandwiches I have ever had. In addition, the service was great with the staff acting genuine in their desire to serve us. I highly recommended!

This place is awesome! It is the epitome of American pride and the food is fantastic! I had the pulled chicken, pulled pork, baked beans (w/brisket), mac n cheese and the cornbread. To top it off, there was a server walking around with samples of their smoked turkey with white Alabama sauce (I think it was called that!). This place is so clean and the atmosphere is great. I will definitely be returning here!

Amazing BBQ place! The food was great firstly, but the military theme and support is so cool, and staff is friendly and helpful. The manager said if you are a veteran she will hang up whatever you bring in, like a photo or patch, and incorporate it into their decorations on the walls! I couldnt take a picture of the food because I started eating before I could think about it. Smells and tastes so great!

I would go to this place everyday if I could. Food was amazing (seriously try the baked beans with chunks of brisket in it) and the price was great. Best part though was the complete service me and my friend received. Been in the area for several years and this is something I rarely find. I even upgraded my cup at the end to their reusable cup because I will be back...and often.

I cant stress enough how amazing my experience and meal was. I was greeted when I walked in, order was made to order. And the 20 min drive home I open it up and still hot as can be. I had the pull pork with the Memphis bbq if Im not mistaken and hand cut fries. It was absolutely delicious and absolutely filling. Thank you will be back

Military, law enforcement, first responders oriented BBQ restaurant. National Anthem played every day at noon to honor the brave people who put their lives on the line for us. The owners have searched far and wide for the best BBQ recipes to bring to you. Definitely give this place a try! Catering for large groups as well.

When I walked in the cashier greeted me as tho I was a friend of hers. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST I SEEN AT ANY CHAIN RESTAURANT. I ordered the baby backs which were so tender. I also had pulled pork and mac and cheese which tasted so good as well . This place is awesome and I will DEFIANTLY be back.

Humble and friendly staff team, the managers are amazing, national anthem played everyday at Noon, military themed and always offers the military, active or veteran, free sandwiches on certain days of the year and to proudly display their badges or pictures in their restaurant.

Great BBQ. Fantastic service. The respect they give to service members and first responders is in a league of its own. This is a business worth supporting. They have a BBQ sauce for everyone. Try the Alabama white on French fries, and the tupelo honey heat on the chopped chicken.

Outstanding place. Full out local and American pride that displays everything that is right with our country. The sauce options are great, the sides are very good. Brisket is good, expertly smoked but the pork is fantastic. Hands down the best BBQ joint in the university area.

Very good bites to eat. I took my family here to eat and we enjoyed our food and time. The customer service was awesome. They let you sample the food, and they give you free stuff on your birthday. They are also very friendly towards the everyday heroes among us that serve.

Food is good quality but the portion size was pretty small for how much money I spent. I got the brisket with green beans and it was just a few slices of it with a small cup of green beans for 11 dollars. However its nice to know that they have allergen free choices.

I absolutely loved this place. I love the "mission", which is to support local police and firefighters in addition to members in the armed forces. The food was great and was definitely worth the visit. I would recommend coming here if you are anywhere in the area.
