A couple yrs ago i had wonderful experience at Golden corral in Mccomb,MS .I been realing looking forward to going back to one closer to where i live . Me and my girl-friend along with her kids went to this location due to the fact we was in townand i had bragged about how it was at the location i went to . ILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!! 1) silver wear wasnt the cleanest nor the plates. 2) lettuce on the salad bar half was brown around the edges. 3) condiments for the salads scattered half way across the room. 4) there was only 3 to 4 cooked veggies the rest was meat 5) the waitress was came by every 3 to 4 mins which is way to much( i have 2 sisters that was waitresses) 6)the waitress to the plate that i was eating off of when i toke a drink and made the comment "theres plenty more where that came from" and never toke the kids plates when they were done. 7) the kids complained about the conditions of the bathrooms ,so one at the time we checked them. human waste was wiped on the walls of both, in the mens bathroom theres was what looked to be where someone had peed in the floor food on the floor and sink though out the bathroom. 8) The cook on the grill was hardly around there and when he was only cooked 2 or 3 steaks at a time unless you was a female that flirted with him then he would stay to cook it to there order and leave again . Hopefully ppl will this usefull and maybe the health department will drop by with out a notice!!!

Me and my family ate here and we all got sick not even a few minutes after eating our first plate. The ladies room was completely disgusting, the food was undercooked and sour, the manager was a horrible person, and I will be attempting to contact someone to check out this restaurants cleaning abilities. There was what looked like vomit all over the bathroom wall, what looked like period blood on the bathroom floor, the bathroom trash cans were overflowing with toilet paper and feminine hygiene products, and I actually threw up after eating one plate! I tried to politely ask for my money back because of the state of the food, the service, and the bathrooms and the manager I spoke to said "I cant give you your money back." He cant because he didnt want to. I refuse to ever go back to this restaurant or any Golden Corral ever again. If you get sick and cant even get your money back for food that you couldnt even eat, whats the point of paying for it? I would strongly recommend that anybody reading this avoids this restaurant at all costs! Go somewhere else or you may end up having wasted money and time. Situation got resolved and I change my previous statement to just dont go on Monday or Tuesday. Make sure the manager that is working is a woman. If it is the Hispanic gentleman, I suggest steering clear. He is very unprofessional at his job.

I was so pleased with our visit to Golden Corral on Thursday, 7-8-10! The food was hot, fresh and tasted great! Our server, Shawn, was the best server Ive seen in a long time! Always busy, always keeping our drinks full, the rolls came without having to ask, plates brought without asking! Couldnt ask for better service! I also sat where I could watch other workers. There was another server who was just as busy as Shawn. The cooks, the cleaners, everybody was just busy, busy, busy! I was so impressed that I gave Shawn a $10 tip! Thats a big tip for a dinner that costs just a little more than that! I will definitely go back, no doubt about it! My hubby & I had eaten at Ryans the night before with the worst service ever known to mankind! I had to get everything from the rolls, silverware, napkins (dispenser was EMPTY!) and even had to get the drinks! Unreal! Noticed another man upset about the lack of service there. So when we went to Golden Corral, we were very concerned about getting the same kind of service. Boy, were we surprised! There was one time that the service wasnt as great as tonight but everybody has an "off" night & we overlook it as long as its only temporary. All in all, 9 out of 10 visits was excellent!

The first time we went to this restaurant we loved it, so we drove from Murfreesboro just to get highly disappointed the second time... its really sad when you think about it. The restaurant wasnt even crowed so that was not the issue. First off whoever they had cooking the steak was clueless they did not even know rear from well done not only that but he tried to give everyone child size cuts of steak. The salad bar was a mess it was never restocked most containers where empty and the bar itself was covered with old food which looks to have been washed off last week sometime. The waitress brought us a refill on drinks once after we were done eating, but the table across from us had like 3 refill cups per person and they got there 20 min after us The dessert bar was a joke there were actual finger prints pushed into the chocolate cake. The restrooms were discusting Im surprised that no one has broken their neck on those slippery floors. The sad part is everything was so bad the only thing our 1yr old daughter would eat was the peaches.

Food was okay, some items were not hot. The wait staff was rude. Constantly touching my childrens heads and then going to another table and serving them without washing their hands. At one point, the waitress actually took the plate that my boyfriend and daughter were eating right out from underneath them with the comment, there is plenty more. Never refilled the childrens drinks even after the kids said they needed more. Used the restroom and actually seen were an adult had wiped poop on the wall in the bathroom. You could tell that it was an adult because of how high on the wall it was. There was urine all over the floor and food on the toilet paper holder. As I was entering the restroom, there were 2 female employees coming out of the restroom so they knew the mess was there. I will never again go to this location. In my opinion, the health department should investigate.

Took my mom and sister there on may 19th 2017 for my moms birthday. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The chicken was raw and bloody, the peach cobbler was raw underneath and gooey, the mashed potatoes and greenbean casserole was uneatable. We sat there waiting for a refill for a long time. We arrived from a long flight from new jersey very hungry and we left very hungry. They were over priced and when we brought our undercooked food to our waiters attention he quickly went to the manager. When we went to the manager ourselves he walked off in the middle of the conversation no excuses or apologies. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We had almost a 3 hr trip home and had to stop at a gas station and spend even more money on snack food just to make it home. Thanks for making my moms 52nd birthday a memorable one but not in a good way!
