I love this place because the food is delicious the facility is clean. The choices of food is astronomical and good. You could not have forced me to eat Chinese until my daughter begged me to go there with her. My husband wears hearing aids and the noise of the restaurant and the people in it is almost unbearable to him . He hasnt any problem with the sound level at this. We have almost quit dining out because of the noise Factor. We have gone to what is considered the nice restaurants and noticed we cant have a conversation with one another 4 people yelling at one another. This seems to take place in the restaurant that have a bar. I have nothing against having a drink but these are mostly Sports bar-type restaurants and these people get so carried away that you cant hear yourself think. The day May Come when some of the younger folks will have this problem themselves. We had to stop going Justice restaurants. They do serve beer with your meals here at New China Buffet but it doesnt take on the atmosphere or should I say the disrespectfulness for your fellow diners. You just keep trying things, and feel free to do it they dont care,until you really find what you like. Dont knock it till you try it I love this place. Tandy Appleton Black

I wished I could put 0 stars on here. Ive always loved this place but today I had my moms bridal shower in the back room which I reserved the entire room a month ago.. When I got there they had 2 tables full of people back there and they only gave us 3 tables. We also had a rude and impatient waitress who got 3 drinks wrong and rushed us out. The entire time we were playing bridal shower games, opening presents and doing the cake she came back 3 times telling us to pay her NOW and wouldnt leave us alone she literally harassed us about it. We finally left early we didnt get to play but 3 games I was so frustrated and stressed about her I said forget it and everyone wanted to leave by than. When we were getting all the presents together she was weaving through us bumping us just to clean the tables which we still had stuff on. The manager even came back a couple times always just looking at us and walking away. When we left my aunt paid and said that she was rude and was rushing us when we booked the room for at least 2 hours and he completely ignored her complaint. I hate to say this but I strong refuse to go there as far as service goes.

TL;DR Awful food, over priced 30+ for two people, stale drinks, and pushy waiters. Never be back I had the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant while here. The food was so greasy I ate two bites and immediately felt awful. I walked around for a bit and grabbed some watermelon to hopefully calm my stomach. The waitress was very fast to refill our glasses with stale Dr. Pepper. They had put the beverage in a tea pitcher and left it sitting till someone needed a refill. You could really tell it had been sitting out for awhile. We had been there about 15 minutes at this point and the waitress gave us the check. I just let it sit, because I attend on grabbing some sushi. Not two minutes pass by and the waitress asked it I had paid. I said, "No not yet." and she stood there until I gave her the payment. She came back and acted as if our time was up and it was ready to leave. I will never be back. I have had good experiences here before, but I can never see myself return after this experience.

Overall the experience was no good. I went in excited and hungry and left mad and unsatisfied. The food was mediocre but the service was awful. The drinks were flat and it seemed like the glasses had a hole in them, since the drink always seemed like it was spilling on the table. Then the waitress always seemed like she was rushing me. At first I didnt notice but then she set the check down and came back a minute later asking if we had put money down yet. We replied no we havent put anything down yet and then she just stood there and waited.... This made me super mad so we paid her, stopped eating and waited for her to come back with my card. Then we left and I will never go back there again. Worst Chinese restaurant experience I have ever had.

I came here and had a lunch with my family, we were really impressed by the delicious food and relaxing environment. This buffet has the most abundant kinds of food among all the Chinese restaurants that I have been to in Clarksville. The tables are very clean and waiters are also very friendly and helpful. We are from Franklin and it takes about 50 minutes to arrive here. We think it is worthy to take this time enjoying such a great dining experience. My favorite in this restaurant is the sushi and new China shrimps. Since they are very fresh and authentic. If I have chance to have a party or family dinner, the new China buffet and grill is definitely the best place to go.

I live in Kentucky and it takes me more than an hour to get here, but its always worth the trip. I love their malay chicken, general tso chicken, and their hibachi grill. They have a large selectionn of items; they even have steaks for lunch in the weekends. The price is very reasonable, Im too lazy to cook myself so I always come here at least 3 times a week. If you love Chinese and Japanese food, you should definitely come here. PS: If you have birthday parties, they have special arrangements for you. Im not going to tell you what surprise they have for you, its for you to find out.

We go here often as it is quick and easy to feed the kids with a variety of options. The presentation isnt bad the quality of food is above average in my opinion for a Chinese buffet and the wait staff doesnt excellent job clearing plates and refilling drinks. The Hibachi Grill is a nice touch as well in the event that you do not want to eat from the buffet, overall we feel that it is an excellent value all around.

The food is okay but it never changes! The staff treat you like you are a cow moving along with the herd taking plates right out from under your fork! The looks you get from the cooks let you know you are in the way and no apology seems accepted. The manager seems nice but thats about it. I understand it is a buffet but if all you are interested in is the money, work on hiding your dislike of the customers.

Great assortment of freshly cooked Chinese food. The buffet line is spotless and regularly refreshed with fresh food. There is also an excellent variety of American food like pizza, macaroni and cheese, chicken wings, spaghetti and others. I also appreciate their support of active duty military and veterans by providing them with a 10% discount.

Im not sure why people are on here complaining about customer service and stuff at a BUFFET. The food was great, the service wasnt no better or worse than you would get at any other buffet. Everyone was nice and once again I will say that the food was great. The price around lunch time (with a coke) is a about $10.50 which isnt bad at all.
