My husband and I have been ordering delivery from Hong Kong for 3 years now. However after today we will never order from Hong Kong again. I placed an order for 1 pint of chicken fried rice, 1 combination plate and eggrolls. When the food arrived I noticed they had given us shrimp fried rice instead of chicken which was a problem because im allergic to shrimp. The delivery guy had just left so I called the store to ask what they could do to fix this. I figured they could just bring the correct item because we only live 5 minutes away and it was a mistake on their part but instead of offering us any solution the lady on the phone ARGUED with my husband and just kept telling him that he was wrong and he ordered shrimp rice not chicken. He asked her why would he have ordered something his wife is allergic to but she just kept insisting that he did. I could not believe how incredibly rude she was to us!

The second in command has an attitude. My mother is 84 years old and does not eat a lot. The place was empty not one other customer around except for us. I asked for a to go box for my mothers buffet she did not eat. She went to the buffet and had only one helping of some food...... Not a lot. She did not finish that. The second in command said sorry no to go boxes on buffet. We were the only customers in the place. She must have bad mouthed us to the cooks in the kitchen..... One of the cooks came out and gave us a to go box.... We do not go there anymore. And in a way thank them for the "incident" and found a better Chinese restaurant better and better service. Thanks for the incident. Oh and by the way my parents had been going there for over 23 years. She knew exactly who we were.

Worst takeout EVER. We werent looking for a gourmet meal, just some decent Chinese takeout after an exhausting day working on our house. We ordered cashew chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan, two dishes that a million Chinese joints can do in their sleep. The cashew chicken consisted of a pile of deep fried chicken nuggets and a handful of cashew nuts -- no vegetables, no sauce, no taste. There was a container of some kind of bland brown gravy; I guess that was supposed to go over the chicken. The Moo Goo Gai Pan had a strange cinnamon flavor, probably an odd use of Chinese Five Spice. The egg drop soup was the worst, a glow-in-the-dark-orange liquid that tasted of nothing but water and corn starch. If the staff have to eat this same food, its no wonder they were all scowling.

Im not too sure what all the negative reviews are about. My family and I, five of us total, just ate there. The food was excellent and the waitress was on top of making sure we had full drinks and the empty plates were cleared. The employees were all friendly, welcoming us and then telling us to ha e a good night when we entered and left. The whole family stuffed themselves with great food and lots of ice cream and the cost was barely over $30. We go to McDonalds and spend that usually and are usually still hungry! Here we were stuffed and the food was excellent! We will surely be coming back for more of this awesome Chinese Food! So glad we didnt listen to the reviews and went here for dinner!

The only reason this place is getting a single star is because that is the lowest I can rate it. The hot food was cold, the cold desert bar was never refiled while here. The pepper steak is very questionable for texture and taste. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and made myself and my wife lose our appetite. The dishes were stained. The furniture/tables and booths were not in good condition at all. The chairs were ripped and the tables were unbalanced. I would have to say that the server was really nice and understanding that the food was disgusting and so was the entire establishment. I suggest nobody ever go here until they clean the place and get better cooks.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU CONSENT TO CONSUMING MOLD! I ordered lo mein from this place and got home to find moldy tomatoe tossed around in my food! What is tomatoe doing in lo mein let alone a MOLDY ONE! !? I was very angry and even angrier when I go back to the place to show them the disgusting mess and they accuse me of putting it in the food myself on top of refusing to give me a refund!!! UNBELIEVABLE! They were very rude. Very disrespectful. They are clearly serving slop! Unsanitary food in unsanitary conditions! Do not eat here. All they get from me is a call to the health department. They do not deserve the one star!!

The buffet is on the small side. But it is well priced and very good. I have been here three times now since we moved to Pensacola a month ago. And I plan on going again soon. Best place to curve my Chinese cravings. Plus, my boyfriend doesnt like Chinese food so hes happy theres French fries, fried chicken, and sweet and sour chicken at the buffet. For being on the small side there is a large variety of different foods including muscles, sushi, deserts, vegetables even the first Ive cream bar Ive ever seen that has Ice cream cones!!!!

Worst Chinese restaurant Ive ever been to!!! 2 miles from the NAS Pensacola and they DONT give a military discount! The employees didnt know anything, the restroom was disgusting, crap on the floor, and I dont know who they have in the kitchen but I couldnt find one thing that taste good. They have plenty of seats and no one to fill them. Selling things in the lobby(one of those places) and everything is "all sales final" definitely my "final" visit.

The chinese food here has the best flavor for chinese food in town compared to other chinese buffets. When I am out of town I always compare others foods to the one here in Pensacola. Affordable lunch and dinner prices, friendly staff,and family orientated. 5 stars here for healthy soup bars and a delicious salad and dessert bar. Times of popularity are 12-1 and 6-7. Staff address any discrepancies with utter respect and diligence.

The ONLY reason they get a star is because the staff is friendly. The food is dry and Im sure its left out most of the day. I bit into my beef tip and it wasnt done. The place is NOT at all sanitary and if they dont clean up their act, food poisoning will be the only reward their customers receive after dining. Its a nightmare! They need to shut down and START OVER! *Dont dare use the bathrooms*

Between being over charged, getting cold and soggy noodles, and the little "meat" (strips of fat and cartellage) I cant think of anywhere else thats been this bad for chinese food. The driver was rude and pushed for a tip even after paying almost twice what the menu price was. Ill never order from here again and I plan to recommend anywhere but here to everyone on base.

This place is so sketchy! All of the food is flavored the same. The meat selections are suspect and the food is dried out and never fresh. I also ordered food in via delivery and the asked me did i wanna try a certian dish i told them no and they still tried to get me to pay for it. They dont give military discount and there food taste like hammered a** so f***em.
