Im often a repeat customer. I come all the time with all my friends. But as of late like the last 6months the service and food have been terrible. My friend and I have waited upwards to 30 minutes to then be asked if weve been waited on. Its not even a game night. They didnt even notice when my friend and I walked out. The food order has been wrong every time. Its also cold and skimped on or not even cooked thoroughly. Its sad when youll go to the next town over to get some good beer and wings knowing your closer to home with this one. But at this point its been so bad, we wont be returning.

The food here isnt the best but theres something about it that makes you want to eat it more and more often. The wait staff is Pleasant although sometimes you do have to wait awhile for food. The atmosphere is loud and bustling and much like you would expect walking into a Buffalo Wild Wings not a place where youd like to go and have a nice chat. Im really am done founded by the way their food makes you want to come back even if everything else is terrible. Its not even that good of food it has to be something that theyre putting in the water.

No no and no. Waited 30 minutes for our food,we were given away to another server who turned out to be the seater bc our server was triple sat. Found a mangwr,she corrected our food mistakes once food came. We met our server 1 time and that was for refills. The seater talked with us,served us basically. Now going on 15 minutes waiting for change. Serious? Food taste was good but prices?? Oh no! Overpriced like crazy. Server had no personality,was it our race? Hate to play the race card but geez...will never come back here. Ever. Ever. Ever.

Called in a pickup order of a small order of boneless honey bbq wings with southwest ranch instead of regular ranch and an order of fried mushrooms. Picked up the food and took it home. When I opened everything I found the mushrooms with an uncovered sauce container spilled all over them, zero southwest ranch only regular ranch, and literally 5 boneless wings with no sauce on them at all! So basically I got soggy mushrooms with 5 chicken nuggets. Way to be on top of your game Hermitage Buffalo Wild Wings!

Weve ordered to go from this location twice. And each time the food is cold and my husband has had to go back for the food they forgot. Its very aggravating when their prices are already high... And they offered a $5 gift certificate for our next visit. We wont be needing that... We wont be back. And besides that... What does $5 get you??? Chips and salsa!!! We both get $10 meals... And love the food. But the customer service and the fact they never get our order right is very aggravating!!

Our food was great as usual, but our service was awful. Richie made a feel like a burden to him by rolling his eyes and slamming things around. It honestly made us question if we came in when they were closing so I look it up to see that that are still open for another hour and a half. Extremely disappointed in the attitude this man felt was appropriate when we are his customer. Dont expect to be well taken care of from your customers if you dont take care of them.

It wasnt good, they where not prepared for the mad rush of people they had there watching the Predators game... also the UFC Fight. There where several people there that placed on-line orders ,that where messed up an been waiting for 45mins-hour, to pick up food and me I came in an ordered at 6:30 pm 9 wings an potato wedges and didnt get my food until7:40 pm and that was a to go order VERY UNORGANIZED, CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PICK UP AREA WAS TERRIBLE......

I use to like coming to this buffalo wild wings, Me and my friends would come here to watch the MMA Fights, Unfortunately last time we went, Our Waiter used vulgar language towards me and my friends, Never kept our drinks full, And then tried to take the Change we were owed from the bill. And after this we leave her no tip, and she flips out screaming and cursing everyone at the table. Needless to say we will never be eating at this Buffalos again.

Worse food than McDonalds unless you like wings. Theyre good at that. But thats not what I got. What I got was a nasty chicken tenders wrap that came with tiny breaded popcorn chicken bites with no chicken, no flavor, no idea of how food should taste.I guess they didnt have any tenders at the time and thought I wouldnt notice. $10 for crap I couldve got at fast food for $4. They should take every other item but wings off their menu.

Food is often a gamble. One week its cooked to perfection, the next not so much. We have had to-go orders that were vastly incorrect. While dining in, some of the wait staff has left us sitting around for a bit too long. Also dont sit on the patio if its not busy, youll be left waiting for a long time. Otherwise a great place to come and watch some games on their many TVs!

The waitress didnt want to serve us. So another had to, and she was very slow about it. We had three order of food put on our table and we didnt even order yet. When we finally order our food, she forgot to send it to the kitchen. We had to wait. During that time another group sat down. They got their drinks and food before us. Very disappointed

Horrible.. after waiting 30 minutes for a called in order of 18 wings. She comes out "we missing sum ur wings".. So I said "I dont want half cold half hot" just give me a refund. Waited 5 more just for refund. No apologies no nothing no food. I was not the only one upset 3 other customers had problems too. I should have read reviews first.

No stars in spite of having to fill one star in before it would process. We waited over an hour and 15 mins for our dinner. The manager had his nerve to charge us for our drinks.. Poor management in my opinion. He should have apologized and given us complimentary drinks for the wait or a coupon. Seriously we will never be back!

Good food, not the best staff. Saw our waitress 3 times during lunch (busy but not packed by any means) and then a few after to get everything paid up. The reason i say it like that is because I ran out of water pretty quick and it took about halfway through the meal to get a refill. 4 stars though because everything else was great

This is a corporate store so they have the same happy hour and other specials I am used to coming from Texas. That along with good service allows for 4 stars. I cant give 5 stars to chain restaurants unless they really blow me away, but you can be confident this is a great place to visit.

Food took long but my waitress was very sweet, bringing out plenty of water and napkins for me as I needed them! Garlic parmesan wings were great as was the pulled pork sandwich. The manager even came out to talk to me. I love the sports on TV and the trivia as well.
