Of all the times we frequent this Hooterss, it is usually an awesome experience. Today was the worse experience. First, we stood at the door for 7 minutes before we were even greeted. Once we were seated our waitress was less than hospitable! After ordering it took us honestly 45 minutes to get wings. The stable of what they are "famous" for took that long? Our food wasnt hot. Not to mention, the waitress and manager seemed very nonchalant when we offered to them to eat one of the cold wings and fries. Generally, I am easy going and usually let stuff slide. Today tested my faith. I normally dont call women out of their name. However, some of the black waitresses here make that hard to do! A earlier review stated you will receive better service from the white waitresses. As a black man I agree. For this particular Hooterss this is true.

They just cant seem to get it all the way together. They are alwAys always short staffed which makes wait times uncomfortable not to mention the waitress less hospitable. Unfortunately that sometimes effects the quality of the food. They have had a different manager almost every other visit that seems to be the biggest issue. Our last trip on Sunday evening, there were 8 of us that visit regular, we were told upon entry that they wanted to let us know up front they were running behind and only had 3 waitresses working. Our waitress was nice and didnt let her frustration show. The food arrived one plate at a time about 2 minutes apart but it was hot vs sitting in the window waiting to have the whole order to bring out at once. The venue is nice since it has been remodeled. Bathrooms stay clean each visit at least on Sunday.

Stood at the door waiting to be seated, watching serving staff sit at tables and talk with customers, or stand at the drink fountain in a group and talk. Once seated, we had to change tables to one that didnt rock 6 inches either way. Our server was great, but the food gets mixed feelings. Wings were good, but the first order of fries was cold and stale, the second (replacement) order was hot and stale. The ranch was still frothy from having milk stirred into it. Its so tjin it will hardly stick to anything! For 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon, this is very disappointing. Glad this isnt our regular Hooters! I normally dont write reviews, but I am writing this one while sitting at the table in the Rivergate Hooters, 654 Wade Cir. Goodlettsville TN, 29 Jan 17.

The restaurant was understaffed, changes in the product tell me that they are cutting back on expenses, I didnt receive the dipping sauce I ordered, and the services was slow. I started coming to this chain years ago. I would get the hotwings. Since then, the wings have went through a series of change. First, the amount of sauce was cut back on, then I noticed the hotwings were always greasy. Now they have changed to winglets, not wings. Ive given up on the quality of the hotwings so I order honey chipolte. The portion of the fries has gone down. Thats actually a good thing but do I pay the same? I think this chain is at the threshold of closing its doors. The quality is going down, not up.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience ever. Wed been traveling all day and finally stopped for the night and just needed some food. First off we were seated and had to wait 10 minutes before we were even asked what we wanted to drink. Had to wait another 5 minutes to even get our water. Once she did she asked if we had order yet. YOU ARE OUR WAITRESS, SHOULDNT YOU KNOW THAT WE HAVENT ORDERED??? Place our order and an hour after our arrival we still havent gotten any food. Once we do finally get our food my dads wings were room temperature and my fries were cold. None of this should have been a problem on a Tuesday night at 8.

Worst service Ive ever had. Had to seat myself due to standing for 10 mins at the door being ignored. Once me and my friend sat down the ONLY server working was bitching at her manager and made a remark saying "she cant get to other people because she is taking care of her customers already there" without greeting us once. We sat at the table for 15-30 mins without being acknowledged once until the manager says he would be right with us as he walked past us as if they were to busy for our business. Do not go to this location!!!

This location is horribly slow it took 20 mins to get a Pepsi then it took 50 mins to get wings and fries which is something that they are suppose to specialize in... We asked for them extra crispy and they where so fatty and greasy... I will be calling corporate about our visit... Then the manager didnt even have the decency to come out and apologize for the inconvenience... To further the issue it wasnt even that busy @630pm... Yes the remodel is very modern and nice but the service was horrible.

We arrived at 10:47, 6/18/2017 my fiance and I sat for 45 mins to a hour and still never had a waiter ask us whats drinks we want, no asking us about food or anything. Other people coming in and getting served before we did, I finally decided to go to the bar and place a to go order and waited another 30-45 mins before we got out food WORST SERIVCE EVER took everything in me not to lose my cool in there

It took 45 minutes for a burger, the waitress was rude. Another guest of mine had ordered steak and the waitress waited about 20 minutes to inform us that there was no steak available. The fish tasted plastic, it was all bad. I happened to ask the easier about a discounted price on my burger since it took so long and she just looked at me add if I was crazy. Not a good experience whatsoever

Twice we have been here & the service is ok, there is no teamwork though. The food takes forever. About 2 hours last time and this time we are over an hour waiting. We ordered 2 different drinks from their menu & they didnt have the stuff to make either of them....and it took 30 minutes for them to let us know. The management is nowhere to be seen both times.

After being seated for 15 minutes finally had a server greet us then took 10 minutes to get a tea and coke . Slow food service after 35 minutes Finally got our appetizer then 5 min after that got our food. ... Basically if your hungry and want wings and great service Do Not go to this location; Nashville and Hermitage are the best for quick service.

We came in from out of town for our work and thought hooters would be the place to go after work WRONG no one greeted us so we sat down and waited while waitresses walked by then two other groups came in and were promptly seated and taken care of after eating at hooters resturaunts all over the country me and the crew I work with will never return.

I have attended this restaurant about twenty times this year because I like to watch sports... There is no other reason to come. Service is typically poor. Cook times are slow. Food quality is poor. Management is apathetic. If you need a place with lots of TVs, then come, but be warned that nobody knows how to operate the remote control.
