Awful. We were seated immediately, but it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the waitress. We got our drinks within 3-4 minutes and our single order of childrens cheese flatbread and motz sticks about 4-5 minutes later. After another half hour, we hadnt recieved our food yet and the kids were done eating. We only saw our waitress once during that time. She stopped by once more to apologize and tell us that "wings take longer to cook". Bish, no they dont. Weve been here before. Food was stacked on the rack coming out of the kitchen, servers were all standing there looking at it, and the THREE managers there didnt seem to care about any of it. After another 10 minutes of waiting for a simple order of 2 small boneless wings and an order of fries, I threw a $20 on the table and we walked out. I halfway hope that didnt cover our tab. We wont be back to this location.

Went there last night with some friends, and we waited for 10mins before our server actually showed up to get our order. The server didnt know much about the menu, ordered a chocolate fudge cake dessert and he brings it out without the ice cream, and when asked him about it he was like there is a charge for the ice cream. Showed him the menu and he got no words to say, went back to get the ice cream and left it in the table and walked away. He was rude and didnt even bother asking if it was okay or anything to see if his guests were happy.

Our orders got bumped for the UAB basketball team...After they had already been halfway completed. The cheese curd burger sat under eat lamps for so long that the cheese curds turned rubbery. The fries and boston lager burger were cold. The garlic sauce on the boneless garlic wings was dried to the wings. $5 off does not make up for a 2 hour restaurant stay, especially when 30 people seated after us were gone before we got our 30-60 minute old food. We will never be back. And we live here, and the UAB basketball team doesnt.

I love buffalo wild wings. Have been to them all over the southeast and Midwest. This by far was the worst one. Bartender had ripped pants with underwear showing. Waiters and waitresses were throwing paper airplanes in the dining room. And the manager looked like an unshaven bum off the streets. Wings were sub par. And the place needed a good cleaning....big time.

They shorted us 30 of 50 wings on a carry out order. When we called they had 20 questions and didnt seem to understand that wed already paid for the order. Had to drive across town to get the left out wings. By that time the rest was cold, and we were off schedule. You expect that kind of incompetance at a fast food drive through but not at BW3s.

Average Buffalo Wild Wings. Everything was as expected environmentally. The service was okay. The food was as expected though they did have to make some correction to the way they prepared the nachos we ordered. Speaking of nachos, why dont they come with guacamole and sour cream? Sour cream is extra. Guacamole is not available.

The service was awful. Our server couldnt hang around our table long enough to get a pair of silverware. Another server brought us food and we never got refills. Once we got our check the server stood and waited for us to get our money out and we couldnt get anyones attention to get a working pen. Would not go back.

good sports for friends for a night on the town the staff is nice but some are not to bright two times that I went the girl never ask if i want smoking or not and stuck me in smoking section. so it was very hard to enjoy my food. i didnt want to wait any more for her to correct it so i just place an order to go.

Went around 3 PM (restaurant fairly dead) but service and waiting time for food were very slow and our quick, late lunch turned into a 2 hour meal. On the bright side, food was up to standards and the server was pleasant, if unenthusiastic. More training/urgency would definitely help turn things around.

Wow!! I dont have to stand shoulder to shoulder with another man anymore when taking a Wizz! Nice. Besides the over priced beer, the new management has this place in great condition with a solid staff. Also, no need to comment on the wings because we all know they are the best hands down.

Acceptable enough service, a little slow on the food for a dead night, but thats par for the course at BWW. At least this time there were no pro Trump frat boy waiters loudly excusing sexual assault in front of my sons, so I guess well call this visit a victory.

The food is starting to suffer! We used to eat there once a week but now its once in a while and we are disappointed more and more!The servers are too interested in each other to worry about customers! Be sure to alwAys check your take out!

The food tastes good, but only after youve downed a few of their cocktails. I rarely get good service here, and they say theyre willing to play any sport on one of their TVs but getting the channel changed is like pulling teeth.

Its your typical BWs. Ive always had decent service and its never been overly packed. Havent had an issue with food prep or other patrons here. If youre looking for a familiar/consistent product, its worth going to.

This is the slowest buffalo wild wings weve ever been to. Horrible service so far. Still waiting on food after 45 minutes and everyone around us seated after we were have gotten food before us.

Best place for wings in BG. I love the spicy garlic traditional wings. I request just flats. The garlic Parmesan is great too. Try getting the Cajun seasoning on the wedges.
