Been going here with my wife for a couple of years. Its not a high-class place that apparently reviews from other sites apparently expected. I only get one meal when I go there (chicken on stick) and it is always good, so I cant vouche for anything else they cook, except the cheese Rangoons (not bad). The service is fine, as mentioned the atmosphere is marginal, but you dont normally go to a take-out Chinese for the atmosphere. My only real complaint is that every time we go, we get the same thing and the price is rarely the same. I think they dont add the costs up properly (it keeps rising). We have since moved from the area but pass through and eat there every so often.

This restaurant has changed over the last year. Apparently, there are new owners, and I really appreciate the small touches that have changed. I appreciate that they do online ordering. My food is always hot and fresh and I have a lot of things that I dont necessarily enjoy about Chinese food. They are always willing to make to order. They do not deliver, so Im not sure why Yelp and other sites state that they deliver. This is the closest Chinese restaurant to my home and I will continue to go there.

Ordered delivery and they refused saying they didnt know where we were. We live 1.5 miles from the restaurant!!! The woman refused to listen to me and literally hung up on me!! I called back to try one more time because I was shocked and thought maybe she just didnt understand me when I told her the address and she hung up on me a second time with absolutely no explanation!!! Still cant believe how incredibly rude she was! Pathetic!

Reasonably priced Chinese. If you are looking for something upscale this is not the restaurant for you BUT if you are looking for a kinda hole in the wall greasy Chinese food place this is it. I always really like the sweet and sour chicken and crab Rangoon. The menu is really varied and good portions for the price. I dont mean to be diminutive about the location it just is what it is. 4 stars for good greasy Chinese food.

If you want a decent Chinese meal this is a good place. There arent many other options on this side of Franklin so take this for what it is worth. Typical "Americanized" fare is the norm with no true standouts. Compare to mall food court Chinese food.

Think twice before you eat here. Over priced and food always has a funny taste. Ordering and paying is difficult (not a lot of English is understood or spoke). I will not go back and would not recommend it to anyone!

Food is always good and the place is decent. If you eat in though, be sure if it is winter/summer you will feel it inside so we usually just carry out because of this.
