My girlfriend had taken me here about 2 years ago for the first time and I loved it. We would come here almost weekly at times because we like it so much. I have told many of my friends and family about this place and how they need to try it. Well after tonight I dont know if I can say that anymore. We had the absolute worst experience. We order the wing sampler, boneless (30 piece), like we usually do. Our waitress, Deby, (going by the ticket) even asked to make sure I wanted boneless which I did say yes to. Within 10 minutes here comes our food. Only problem is that it is bone in. She apologized and said it was her fault. 45 minutes after this our corrected food comes out. Lukewarm I may add. During all of this our waitress completely avoided us. Even after we got our food. Would not even acknowledge us. She was too busy flirting with the two guys sitting behind us. She wound up giving our screwed up order to those guys for free. That didnt set too well with me. Even at one point was sitting down just talking away with them. If had gotten her attention I was going to ask for the check, pay for our sweet teas and leave. We noticed another table of hers trying to get her attention also but had the same problems we did. To top it all off, after our food came out, she refilled our drinks with water. We ordered sweet tea. We just laughed because we couldnt believe what had happened. We did not talk to a manager in person because I didnt want to make a scene nor did I want my food paid for. We called management later on and told her the situation and just wanted it addressed properly and mainly to go check on the other tables being ignored. Whether or not that actually happen Ill never know but, I will definitely hesitate about going back. The manager we talked to wanted us to come back and she would pay for our meal which we declined to.

I would rate it less if I could, truth be told. The atmosphere is great, our server was wonderful.. My issue was with the management team. Once our food was brought to the table we realized we were missing an order of fries. We told the young lady that brought our food, no big deal. We watch as the waitress relayed the message to one of the mangers. This manager comes to the table and assures us the fries will be right out. 30-40 minutes go by before ANYONE comes back to the table. Me, my husband and our 2 kids have finished our meal by this time. The manager comes back over and acts as if she has no idea that our fries never came out, after she promised to personally take care of it. She then tries to put the problem off on my server, like it was her fault. She proceeds to tell us she was in the back cooking, however, she sat 4 tables away from my family playing on her phone as we waited for her to return with the fries.. Which never came. She then took our check, took off 1 order fries and slammed it back down on our table as she stormed to POS station where her and 3 servers stared and talked about us the remainder of the time. As we are trying to leave, she throws her hands in the air in a defensive manner, which thoroughly upset my husband. Another manager, by the name of Charlie, runs after us talking to me like a child , trying to hand me a 10$ coupon saying our business is important while in the same breath telling me and my family if we didnt leave she would call the police. She was PROHIBITING us from walking out while we were being threatened by BOTH mangers. Im not sure what kind of horse and pony show you guys are trying to run, but I will do my best to spread the word of the FOUL treatment me and my family received while here. Ive called and emailed corporate and they have yet to get back with me.

New Years Eve event very Disappointing. They began unorganized and understaffed. A situation that continued through what was supposed to be an included buffet breakfast today. After spending much of evening standing around for a table to open, rest of night I continued to sit in front of an empty glass searching in vain for a waitress. Outdoor patio under roof ( the smoking area) was barricaded despite night of cold rain.(patrons finally moved barrier) But Wild Wings never did not utilize the propane heaters although two visible despite the large number of guests outside. The outdoor patio tables and chairs had been moved inside to cram the place. Doesnt seem prudent without staff. Next morning after waiting 20 minutes or more we still had not seen a waitress to place a drink order.drink We watched as patrons who had self served from buffet after standing n long line slowed down repeatedly as food ran out need to sit for quite sometime to then get silverware. We ended up leaving hungry and thirsty and took our business elsewhere. At an extremely busy restaurant a short drive away the line was efficient and waitstaff took our orders promptly.

Monday wings is my favorite time to go to Wild Wings. I was really let down with this visit. First off I wanted a booth, was told there wasnt any and sat at a table which would have been o.k. except there were several booths. They were not cleaned off, but they were there. I would have be happy to wait for them to be ready. Second I was left sitting at the table for a very long time before my drink order was even taken, let alone served. Third when my food order was finally taken, the 6 plus 6 wings, it was not what Id ordered. This is now the 2nd Monday in a row that Ive had problems. There will be no 3rd time. There are many other wing spots in this end of town. Im a big tipper at 30%, the servers have lost out, but you get what you pay for, this time I paid for something I didnt eat and still tipped.

The food was decent, service was OK but the number one reason I wont be back is because I am a law abiding citizen that has a carry permit for a handgun and choose to carry it with me always and this establishment has a no weapons sign posted right on their front door, basically trying to strip me of my right to carry, usually if a restaraunt does this I immediately turn away and take my business someplace else, but the only reason I didnt this time is because my wife was starving and I didnt want to make her wait to eat. So if your a supporter of the second amendment and the right to carry then dont give this establishment a penny of your money cause I wont ever again. Oh and so you know for all of you anti gunners out there a no firearms sign is the same as saying unarmed victims who wont resist.

Stopped in at 11:30 on a Saturday morning to sit outside on the patio. Ordered promptly and didnt receive food for 35 minutes. After receiving a burger with tots I cut into it only to find a long, black, curly hair in my food. I sent the food back and it took another 20 minutes to get a new burger. The check came and I was charged for 2 burgers. Chaos was everywhere there today. Not asking for the food to be removed from the check, however no apologies or table touches were given. The food was mediocre at best. The service was even worse. Definitely will not return and I advise Knoxville the same. For great wings in this area, go to Quaker Steak and Lube, stay away from Wild Wing while you have a chance!
