First time going was Cinco de Mayo of this year (2017) since the Mexican restaurants were packed.: Our server was Cameron;he was awesome and helpful. We thought the food tasted good. But my friend and I got diarehea from it that entire weekend. I was barely able to hold any food down for 2wks. We ordered the same thing: rancheletta and blue cheese wings;We also ordered the triple dipper (queso, guacamole, and spinach); he had two alcoholic beverages; I had one and a strawberry lemonade. The restaurant was overpriced for a place like this for two people (our bill came to about $73). I gave my friend cash to pay my part and he paid the bill with his card. I leave a review the next day on Facbook and was contacted on May 8th by a representative via Facebook. I explained what had happened: On MAY 9TH, 12:08PM, a representative responded, "Hey Bee Jay, Im so sorry to hear this happened to you. Could you please provide your email address or phone number so I can have the appropriate person follow up and make things right?" I responded an hour later with that information.MAY 9TH, 4:35PM the representative responded, "Thanks, Bee Jay. Ill be passing your information along to our corporate team and they will reach out as soon as they can." I was never contacted. Never again. My friend, however, went again and caught a case of diarhea AGAIN, as if he didnt learn the first time.smh

First time trying this place. Came to this one because it was close to the Courtyard hotel. Its a newer location as well! Reminds me of a Bdubs (Buffalo Wild Wings) type of restaurant sports bar. Wing menu attached below: I actually really liked the wings, I got the Fireball under the Sweet n spicy side, they were a very good hot and spicy taste. My favorite was the Wild West, its more of a dry rub with a ranch flavor. Tastes great! Its even good plain with no dipping sauce. And to continue the 18 count wings, I picked the Gold Rush under BBQs. You cant not have a BBQ in a wing selection. It was awesome! These two are my favorite that I tried here, Id definitely get wings from here again. The only thing I didnt like is I called ahead and they said 15 mins and I showed up 25 mins after and they didnt have the order ready. Also, their To go boxes are terrible, they dont stay closed so the wings got cold very fast. Other than that Im glad I tried them!

We came in on Wednesday of last week, we were seated immediately. But while seated we had to wait 15-20 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our drink order. A sweet young girl which was new name Shatavia (probably spelling her name incorrect) but she took our drink order, then came back and took our food order. We waited 30- 45 minutes before I good came out. Now at this point I wanted to walk out, but listening to my husband we call the young lady over and told her she went in the back and 5 minutes later the food came out. My 4 year old was really happy to get her food. Im guessing this place need to iron out some issues with the young staff, some of them just drag there feet like they dont want to be here and other you can see really want there job. I hope they get better, or they will lose a lot of customers. I will give it another try.

I ignored all the signs that my experience was going to be A disater!! 1st had to call several times before someone answered the phone. The young lady at pickup window was nice.(The only positive) I ORDERED a 30 PIECE ( lemon pepper, garlic, and Italian) all the wings tasted the same NO FLAVOR... I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED because I had the wings from the Marietta and Alpharetta location and the Food was GREAT! When I called to complain about my order the assistant manager Carl had an attitude. Asked me if I still had the wings I told he we ate 3-4 and threw away the rest. I guess he wanted me to drive back 17 miles with the wings. He offered me a 10 gift card after I paid $38. That was a total insult to me. Finally he offered to mail me a $25 gift card after I mention contacting the Corp office.!! Signed Disappointed wild wings customer!

My boyfriend and I have come here almost every weekend since the place opened. We will not be coming back. Its a shame too because we love the fact that they are open late and they have a live band . The food is hit or miss but most times we look past that because of the atmosphere . This last visit we were sat before midnight which is the cutoff for the normal menu but the server comes back to tell me that my order was put into the system after the cutoff so I tell her I dont want wings which is all they have to offer after 12. Manager comes to the table to tell me that they will make my order but its going to take 30 min for the grill to heat back up. Really? Are you freakin kidding me. The grill went cold in a matter of min. wow! Fin WOW!! THREE DOLLARs right around the corner. Looks like we will be going there in the future.

A had a group of 8 on Sunday evening. The wait was 45 minutes to be seated outside. Once we were seated the server told us there would be a 45 minute wait for food. We asked to speak to a manager at the time. Her name was Keisha. She looked at us and said she didnt have time and walked away from us. She later came back and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made sly side comments to my mother when she became upset with her demeanor. She proceeded to get into her face. She in no shape of form have her position. The general manager Daniel was better conducted and addressed our concerns and answered our questions better than Keisha. I do hope that in the near future that they address the problems in staffing and answering the needs and concerns of the customers but as for right now its not looking too good.

Was with a party of 12 people on a Tuesday evening. Restaurant wasnt crowded. After waiting over 20 minutes to be seated we agreed to split up our party into any arrangement in order to be seated. Several parties of 3 and 4 people came in after us and were seated immediately. 3 hostesses and the manager couldnt seem to figure out a way to divide our party so we could order.We were really looking forward to trying this new McDonough location. Unfortunately.... after 40 plus minutes of waiting, and seeing everyone else that came in after us get seated, we decided to give our hard earned money to a different established restaurant. I seriously hope this new location gets their act together quickly because there are a lot of hungry folks in McDonough that would love to be seated promptly and enjoy some good food!!

We had a decent enough meal, but our appetizer was not good at all. We didnt even eat 10-20% of what was served (3 people tasted it basically, no one would eat it). When we complained to our waitress, she just said, "Sorry thats how we do it here". We couldnt get it redone, substituted, or the way we wanted, much less taking something that tasted terrible off of our check. I gave it 3 stars because our wings were good and the place is clean, but I SERIOUSLY doubt I will be back here. Even McDonalds will remake something that taste like ass, and this was a $50 lunch tab without alcohol, so throwing a proper appetizer at us wouldnt have been a big loss for these people. Again, we didnt ask for anything to be free, just made in a way that was edible.
