I love the interesting,gaudy decor. Visiting ocha is like visiting your Nanas house,if your Nana were Thai. :0)Then place is full of knick-knacks,the people are so friendly,portions are generous,and the prices are reasonable. The food selection has never changed in all the years Ive been going there for lunch. You can have spicy beef,spicy chicken,roast chicken,sweet and sour pork,etc. They have really good noodles and sticky rice,and "chicken balls," which are deep fried dough balls/fritters with a bit of chicken in the middle,yummy dipped in sweet and sour sauce!

I think theyre supposed to be Chinese. Or Thai. Neither one really described the food, which was sort of generic American-Chinese food, poorly seasoned and more gravy than meat. Definitely not worth the cost (5.92 for the 2-item combo - even though the menu said it was under $4...). The staff was extremely friendly and polite - Id forgotten my wallet and they let me eat first before running out to the car. Unfortunately one cant eat the people instead of the food...

Its a 90 minute drive to this place and I first went there 29 years ago. The vegetables are SO fresh and crisp. Whenever Im in the area I eat lunch and then get two meals To Go (for next couple of days). In the 29 years Ive been going there, I have never ordered anything except the Beef and Broccoli. I LOVE it. Their hours are very limited, the menu is limited and the decor is very unimpressive, by OMG-the food is excellent.

Great food at a cafeteria style hot bar but dont let that deceive you the food is over the top and the price is dirt cheap. But they only accept cash.it is fantastic Asian food for lunch. It is only open for diner on Friday and Saturday. Worth a visit of you get the chance.
