Waited 2 hours for my delivery. I called after an hour, was told it was on the way. After another half hour I called back, still told the same thing. After 2 hours I called again. They delivered it to someone else, called me a liar about never receiving the delivery. They kept saying they delivered it to my mom at the nursing home.....as if I have a clue as to who they were referring to. My mother is not in a nursing home, nor is she even within range for delivery. Finally after over 2 hours, the owner delivered it. Rather than comping my order, upon delivery he told me to go to the restaurant so he could give me a $20 gift card. I believe he did that only because he realized who I was, as he used to talk to my sister whenever she went in. The food and the service has declined drastically over the years. This was the last straw for me; I wont go back.

This is the ONLY Mexican restaurant I go to. Food is always delicious and the service is usually pretty good. We sit in the same servers section when we go in if at all possible and he always remembers us and brings us our drinks and queso without even having to order it because he knows. Food is prepared quickly and is consistent. Ive never had a bad meal here, and have brought friends for lunch who usually go elsewhere, but now choose Don Pancho over everyone else. My only "issue" is the queso and salsa. Its always delicious, but sometimes its spicier than at other times. I enjoy it a little more on the spicy side. But, even when its more mild its still delicious. Definitely one of my favorite places in Clarksville to go!

This place used to be a nice restaurant. When they first opened up, service was excellent. I never found an empty cup and had to ask them to not bring any more chips. However, that was short lived. Around summer 2008 they began delivering food and service, wait time and food quality sank. On the last visit there our food was brought out one by one with the last person being served a full 40+ minutes after ordering. I tried their delivery service and never received my meal. I called back an hour and a half to hear that the delivery guys car broke down...waited...called back two hours later to hear them say "we dont have an order for you". Completely sub par, terrible service, I wont ever try them again.

If I could give a zero and runnnn I would. Started off by calling to place an order. No one would answer. Called another location. Was told manager was on break to call back. WTH so called back. Was given another number to call. Called and no one would answer. Finally placed an order with the location that was answering the phone. Ordered 80 bucks in carry out food. Was HORRIBLE! NEVER will I eat here again. Bad service, bad food! Gave food to the dog. Who wouldnt even eat. My spouse has been in military for 34 years now. Has ate some nasty food. He said hot sauce makes everything bearable. NOT this food. He said the Army food was 5 stars and an MRE would rate a 10! I wouldnt eat here.

I recently ate at this restaurant and it was the worst experience I have had in a long time. Number one if you really enjoy loud obnoxious noise then this is the place for you, not me. They were playing trivia pursuit or something similar, via a person asking questions over the sound system. It was so loud that we as guests could not even have a normal conversation. Second, 4 of us, only three silverware settings, third, 3 of the 4 meals were cold. And last but not least when we went to pay no one was at the cash register. Too small, too loud and lousy service.

I have had Don Pancho delivered every payday for the last 4 months. It is my ONE luxury. Each and Every time, The food is Excellent and ever so slightly spicy, also with generous portions, I always have enough for lunch the next day. I usually get the Dinner number 11, perfect every single time. The phone is answered Quickly and my order is usually taken right there, If Im put on hold its no longer than a quick minute or 2. My order Arrives within 30 - 45 mins, and the driver is always nice. THANKS SO MUCH. its really a wonderful little restaurant.

Food is very consistent and reasonably priced. Service can be hit or miss. Generally speaking it is good and the food comes out quick, but those times when the service is bad, its bad... inattentive server, slow food, slow refills, etc. Id say that happens less than 15% of the time. For some reason it happens more frequently when they arentbusy. They have trivia night (on Thursdays?) and a decent enough patio area. Drinks are usually very good. Certainly the best Mexican restaurant on the Madison St side of town.

Its okay but far from GREAT. Food taste like its straight from the freezer to the microwave. Chips & salsa were the highlight of the meal. Service is terrible, the waitress & waiters look like theyve all had prune juice to drink, not very pleasant. Not to mention the frosted gray-haired lady walking thru (guessing shes 1 of the owners) speaking to some customers & snubbing her nose to the rest. If youre craving Mexican..dont go here....$ave your $$ and go to Taco Bell youll get about the same meal.

So far this is our second mexican restaurant that we have tried in Clarksville, the first was Casablanca. This place was better than Casablanca to me so far. Food was good and the service was good and everyone was friendly. Someone else commented about the staff not being friendly but we did not experience that at all. Somedays you can come into a restaurant and experience an off day sometimes you have to give a place a second shot. We will go back here but going to try all the places in town.

Wife and I have ate here a few times, but the last time will be the last time. Being seated was easy but finally getting a waitress took a while. Then a roach crawled out of the menu, we thought about leaving but we were hungry and decided to overlook a roach. As soon as our food was brought out they started a live radio program broadcast at maximum decibels with a speaker conveniently located above our table, we could not hear each other talk.

My husband and I used to go here all the time and over the last year and a half the service and food have really declined. Although the staff is very friendly it always seems to take forever for someone to help us and take our orders. When we do finally get out meal is it subpar at best. There are other mexican food places worth your money, but if you are looking for a cheap meal and okay service this is the place for you.

I used to love going here. The staff just doesnt seem to care anymore though. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and enchilada. They brought out a beef burrito and enchilada. I do not eat beef. I reordered to have it to go as we had been there awhile, and they replaced it with the same thing. Very disappointed.
