So I have no choice but to do this. The service I received was inexcusable and couldnt go unexposed. I had an office Thanksgiving party that I needed food for. White Castle has a seasonal turkey dinner slider that I thought would be perfect, given the theme. I called ahead and ordered it so I could come by and pick it up. My office is 30 miles away, so this was my best option. Everything seemed to go fine on the phone call and I made my way over. I came in and was told by the manager to wait before even being greeted. I waited for 10 minutes until she finally came over to assist me. I paid for 30 sliders and got my crave case. When I opened it at the office, we noticed that it was just a piece of turkey on a bun. The menu clearly said that they would have a sweet potato fry and cranberry sauce on them, and I confirmed that it is what I paid for on the receipt. What they gave me wasnt even an option on the menu, just something nonchalantly thrown together without any care. I called to complain about the order and was interrupted multiple times by "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US TODAY?". I guess there was no training on this type of thing, so I had to tell them I wanted a refund. So now I made the long drive back to get the refund. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes before anybody would even acknowledge me. By this time, the lunch party was over with no food. The manager (Dianna) truly didnt seem to care about what happened. It was very obvious that she was phoning in the standard manager speech with no conviction in her words. She told me the refund would take up to 2 WEEKS to process, so now Im out $60. I calmly left without making a scene, but knew I had to tell about this. This location seems to have attitude issues. Before they were remodeled, I avoided it at all costs simply to avoid confrontation. When they reopened, things were better for a while. But now it seems old habits are being revisited. Management has no accountability for their employees even though this is a well known issue. A few days ago, a lady in the drive through literally told me i was burdening her because it was the end of her shift. WHO SAYS THAT!? Im not sure what the future is of this location, but I think it is time for a corporate review. People are out here fighting for $15 minimum wages, and this place just adds to the opposing arguments. UPDATE: The assistant manager (Selika) was leaps and bounds better than the GM. She took it upon herself to remedy my issue in a very professional matter. Roles should definitely be switched. Upgrading review to 3 stars.

This place used to be great, and we would stop every time wed pass through on our way to visit family. Last night on our way home, my husband and I stopped and ordered a crave case. The employees were rude and looked like they hadnt bathed recently, none of them wore gloves while preparing our food, raw meat touched everything it shouldnt have, and they literally threw the burgers from the cook top onto a nasty looking tray, then into boxes, and instead of the crave case they got dropped into bags. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it wasnt THAT bad, but after eating 1 slider each, we both vomited the rest of the 2 1/2 hours home. Terrible service and food poisoning to boot.

What can I say other than this is your typical burgers and chicken fast food restaurant. Moreover, this is a busy location and having gone through both the front area and their drive-thru I would say it is better to take the food home with you. I found the inside service to be a bit slow and that they are not as attentive with their dinning in customers. Finally, I was a bit disappointed at finding out they eliminated the military discount. Therefore, I will have to take my business elsewhere to stretch my dollars.

This was not the first time i have had problems with this location. I am very upset about the way things happened tonight. I went there at 12:40 am to the drive thru. Said open in the screen so we waited a couple min. My husband said excuse me and the girl turned off ALL the lights. Ummm hello its 24 hrs!!!!! SHE COUDNT EVEN SAY SORRY WE ARE CLOSED if they were having issues. I will not be going back EVER!! Alot of people will be hearing about this as well.

Went through the drive thru, got the biggest meal possible (kids were "starving") Got to the window, the lady in the window was very nice, handed us the drinks and had 20 of those little burgers out in like less then 3 minutes. Fries were hot, burgers were all good, overall service was great. Oh, and the sweet tea, very fresh. If you are a sweet tea lover - order it here :)

this place is absolutly nasty....they didnt get our order right....the burgers were soggy...bacon wasnt cooked all the way...just a complete waist of money...i will never ever eat here again..and i will never ever recommend anyone to ever eat here...the people were nice..yes..but the food was...yuck!

Super slow. Thought Id give them another try. Literally every experience Ive had has been ridiculously slow here. Its fast food. If I wanted to wait 20mins, then I wouldnt come through drive through. Id go in and sit down somewhere.

Food was lousy. Waited 30 minutes for food. Wasnt even all that busy. Fried okra was burnt, tenders was undercooked, coleslaw was tasteless and undated. Management was testy and snippy with staff.

Small square burgers. Fast food store down the street called Krystals sell the same thing. White Castle tastes better of course. Only difference is that this store gave me the poopers.

Most of the time the hamburgers are dry. They are called sliders for a reason. I think they take more pride in making the churches chicken side, than making a good quality slider!

Fresh food and great customer service. Clean dinning area and restroom. Was out of tea and some condiments during my visit. I dont like the chicken at all but thats my opinion.
