Great restaurnat. By god, you need to see it on Cinco De Mayo, its fun. Anyways, the atmosphere is good and decorated a bit traditional but kinda cooler. Like theres a cool painting of Santana on one of the walls. Theres also a lot of events throughout the week, like karaoke and comedy night on Fridays. The owner is a big endorse of music, so you can expect to see bands playing at times. The patio is a bit rough now, but theyre changing that out soon. Also, food is good. looove the food. Especially the cheese dip. Waiters get changed out often, but the really good ones are the ones that stay, so ask for Juanito if you want a good waiter, but be nice to the guy cause a lot of people ask for him. The owner is often there too and hes awesome. Gus is my man!

I loved this restaurant, I really did. Great prices, good food, and at a very decent price. However, I was there recently and had the most horrific dining experience Ive ever had. I ordered a chimichanga and it was almost stuffed with HAIR. I found a hair before I even took a bite, and as I cut into it I found more and more, small ones and then one that had to be TEN INCHES. It was disgusting, beyond anything acceptable, and has changed my life. I will never go to this establishment again, and, in fact, I will never go to any "Mexican Restaurant" again. Finding endless hairs in my meal has been a woefully unpleasant experience. DONT EAT HERE! I cant stress that enough. Unless you like hair wrapped in tortillas.

La Hacienda has been around for a very long time. Ive tried it multiple times as I see it has passed the test of time. However, in my opinion this establishment is not a good dining experience. When Ive gone a few times there has been an odor that doesnt help make the experience delightful. The prices of the meals are higher end compared to the value of what is on the plate. The authentic dishes are not authentic and when Ive asked why my meal was not prepared in an authentic way they tell me that this is how it really is done. Would this place change their recipes it would be good however, due to the various opportunities Ive given it and the consistent subpar meals it only gets one star on my book

I have lived in franklin my whole life always loved this resteraunt but I will never be going back to any La Hacienda my last time visiting this resteraunt my food was brought out as usual but when I looked down I I was horrified to see a roach in my melted cheese it was disgusting Im aware things like this happen from time to time but my waiter was actually going to make us pay even though neither one of us touched our food.. though we didnt pay it was unbelievable!!

My husband and I have been eating here for 7 years. What has happened????? Tonight the food tasted like last weeks leftovers! My husbands order was wrong. When we verbalized our concerns to the waitress, she never returned except to bring the check. We took the bill to the cash register and the man (who portrayed himself to be the manager) totally dismissed our concerns and said the food was the same as it had always been!!! He brushed us off! YEP HE DID!

Great and strong margaritas, awesome queso, okay food but the staff doesnt do their job and are never around. Never had a problem with my food until today when I received a bug in my rice. It took the server almost 15 minutes to come to my table or any other server. Causing the rest of my party to be finished with their meals. All the server did was take my food back. And neglect the table for the rest of the time.

The decor is very nice, makes you feel like you are in an actual hacienda. The food is great, good portions, great taste. Finally the service is very good. The serves are very attentive and always have a smile on their face. Overall it is a very pleasant experience. Oh and dont forget to check out the bar in the back, always nice to sit back and relax there.

Ive been going here for about 12 years. The food is always amazing and the service is always friendly. And Ive never found a "10 inch hair" in my food. So, that guy was extremely unlucky. Decor is lovely, staff knows a lot of people by name which makes you feel special, and the food is delicious. You should definitely try it out.

We are so bummed. Weve been over-enjoying the tacos carne asada lately. Seriously the best weve ever had. So we went in for lunch yesterday and on the third taco, my husband found a big bug in his pico. Looks like a lot of people are finding bugs lately. What a disappointment!

Have giving them a chance a few times...service is bigtimr crap, even when no ones there..tacos are soggy old , meat no flavor what so ever, beans and rice are even worse... waiter even took my plate of food while i was eating it...not good

I love this place. The patio is terrific when the weathers right and inside is just as fun when the weather isnt nice. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Be sure to get the guacamole, its fantastic. And the fish tacos!

Slow service, cold beans and bad fajitas. Too bad a simple Mexican meal can be so disappointing. Any other Mexican restaurant can provide a satisfactory experience but not here.
