Worst experience ever! I would rate it zero stars if that were possible. Not sure how this happened. The chicken meat was done, but the batter underneath the crust was not. Only the breasts were like this. I exchanged the first piece, and the replacement piece had the same issue. I showed it to the "manager?" who tried to tell me that is was fat. I told him that it tastes like flour and has pepper in it. I decide to scrape the batter off of the chicken and let it go. This condescending ass brings out a full tray of chicken to the counter and yells across the restaurant, again with the science of chicken. He told me that I would know this if I knew anything about chicken...seriously! The experience ended with us getting kicked out after some choice words. "John" has no business dealing with customers, much less being in charge...

I waited 30 minutes for 2 $5 fill ups. One wasnt rang in right so the order was wrong. Didnt complain because Im in the service industry as well. Long story short I just took the item that was rang in incorrectly and left when I was actually missing three items. I couldnt really argue because the manager (Im assuming) told the employee (who was new) to ring it in incorrectly. Ive been here many times but this awful experience will prevent me from coming back in the future. Im not particular at all but that whole mess was just ridiculous. All this is happening while a very rude employee in the drive thru was practically yelling at her customers. It was unacceptable. Im appalled. Do not eat here.

Food has always been warm and good. The location appears to be clean and well maintained. Not everyone can eat fried foods, but this is a good place to eat if you can.

All of the staff are hard workers and the store is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and preserve a homely feeling in the restaurant.
