I visited this KFC on 01/18/2017 at around 6:50 p.m. and I must say I hated my experience. And let me just say this isnt the 1st horrible experience I or my husband had. Lets start with the first.. my husband visited this location to order a 10 hot wing. We got our order and I guess is what the minimum amount of honey mustard sauces you get with a 10 piece hot wing order (2)?? Anyhow so we pulled up so other could get there order and he ran inside to ask the cashier for extra sauce in which he was willing to pay. Initially with attitude she gave him a save to which it was torn open already, so he informed her, where she decided to suck her teeth and with even more attitude hand him another sauce. He wanted more than that but come on lets be real, I rather go else where. Okay thats THAT experience. A good amount of time had passed and I decided "hey Ill give them another try maybe that time was just a bad time to go to that location" so I go last night 01/18/2017 at around 6:50 p.m. through the drive through. Immediately I can hear that the order taker has an attitude to some extent so in a cheerful positive voice I order a 20 piece hot wing, 4 buscuits with a side of large gravy, and a $5 fillip. And told her I would like to go ahead and add 5 extra honey mustard sauces to what Im already getting. Before I had gotten that far in the order though, I was placed on hold. And I hear EVERYTHING being said while Im on hold. The confusion they have going on. Here I am staying positive and waiting. Im told my total and to pull up. So I pull up to the window. I can see that she woman that took my order has attitude along with everyone else working in the kitchen, plus I can over hear the conversation and the confusion going on with the orders. She takes my card gives me the receipt and card back. After about 2 to 3 minutes she comes and leans out the window and says "what was your order?" so I started to tell her. She stopped me at the $5 fillup I didnt get to my biscuits so I assume she wanted to hear a little bit so she can find it on the order screen. After a while she comes back to the window to tell me did I want to wait on the mashed potatoes or did I want another side (Im trying to get to Bible study so I said just give me a biscuit instead of the mash) she acts confused and frustrated with me steps back out of the window and finished my order .So I get my bag. Immediately Im like let me go park, I can tell without looking inside that I was missing food I paid for. And I was right, my biscuits and gravy were not in the bag, and I had absolutely no sauces. But I noticed I had the mash and gravy she claimed wasnt ready ( the gravy had oozed out all on the bottom and sides of the container and Crust was around the edges (this is what I noticed once I got home) So I go inside with a smile and asked the cashier for my buscuits and gravy, and for the sauces I didnt recieve. gave her my receipt, so she brings me a bag, so I checked it because I didnt see sauces inside the bag I open the box thinking maybe she dropped them in here. (NO SAUCE) so im aggravated now, really pass aggravated and I called the guy I saw nearest to me behind the counter and just said (can I get my sauces please) so he hand me a handful. Another thing I realized that everyone working with food did not have on gloves.. on top of that the people that ordered and walked outside with me hated their experience as well. This place is so trashy, I refuse to go back. If I could have not given them a star I wouldnt have this place doesnt deserve stars at all. It should either be closed or everyone fired and they do a remodeling, or clean up and hire new workers. It shouldnt be this bad.

I went to KFC at 1:30 today, 9/12/12. I waited my turn in line, when it got to my turn I went up to the counter. Behind me was a woman in a wheelchair. She gradually inched her way to my side and then took her wheelchair and PUSHED me out of the way. No one said anything to her, except me, the only white person in the store. It makes no sense that black people complain that the are discriminated against but they are the first people to discriminate or think that they are better than anyone else on earth. I guess just b/c she was black she was better than me. I was clearly discriminated against. I will never go back to this store and I have told all of my friends at work how poorly I was treated I am sure my friends who dont want to be treated like scum wont be going to this crappy store. I will never go there again.

Came into this restaurant on Wednesday of last week and the service was horrible. The young lady at the counter I want to say her name was Shanyella was very rude and dragged her feet after hearing several of the other customers in the line complain about the service, no food available to process orders and she kept rolling her eyes. I wanted to walk out but was on my way to work with nothing to eat. I think these young women and men working in these restaurants dont understand the respect of being considerate and polite. We didnt place them in the employment that theyre working but when being a paying costumer were not visiting your personal home this is a public restaurant. To also report the manager was in the office playing with another employee. SMH

Went there last week around lunch time, and of course because of the location and time of day delays were to be expected. When I finally got to order the line began to move faster. When I finally get to window, which I ordered a popcorn chicken meal with honey mustard and a 5 pc hot wing combo, it was like a 10 min wait. When I FINALLY got my food, it was shoved out the window but what I supppse was a manager, the window was immediately closed and she walked off. I drove off irritated, upon looking in my bag I took notice, NO biscuits with either meal, NO napkins, and NO honey mustard. Lets just say that was my LAST time visiting that establishment! I guess its cool for the many college students that live in the area, but nope definitely not for me

Kentucky fried chicken is my favorite fried chicken place. I remember when I was a child and we used to go there for lunch on Sundays. This store is pretty good, theyre usually helpful and everything runs smoothly.

Bad part of town. Drink machines were out. And some crazy homeless person started going through my stuff when I went to ask for hot sauce. Stay away from this place is you can!

I called in a huge order a day in advance, got there & nothing was ready!! AND, no apologies or anything. So frustrating because I had to go some else to get what I needed!!
