I live in Merritt Island, (we used to have a KFC), we havent now for a couple of years. I go to Titusville twice a week and when I have the time I stop by the Port St John, K F C. Its always good, a nice, newly remodeled restaurant, and clean, with good staff. However: Today was exceptional. As I was walking in a lady was walking out and said: "apparently this is the place to be tonight" most everyone in line was ordering take-out, I had the time and wanted to dine in. The gentleman manning the counter was completely in-charge, he was fun, he was professional, kind and very friendly. They were busy, their drive-in was also popping. The order-preparer (for lack of a better term), was also awesome. I had a chicken pot pie, side of mashed with gravy and coleslaw, plus a drink, TEN BUCKS and Change. What a value. Great meal. I told the guys how awesome everything was, and wanted to go to the web to give them the credit they are due. Thanks KFC-PSJ, Ill be back.

Normally I dont post a negative review but today i am pissed. For starters we waited 15 minutes on drive thru. I order the georgia gold basket meal with mashed potatoes in gravy and slaw. I asked for Finger lickin good sauce and a drink. Got to the window finally. Wasnt handed a receipt and the cashier disappeared. Then was told no drink comes with the basket. No silverware no sauce and No pickles on the georgia gold. What in world is going on today folks! I am a regular and live 5 mins away. Never have I had this bad of service.

Couldnt order what I wanted because they apparently "need to cook it". I order another meal, but they forgot the fries and the sauce despite my specific request for it. Service is horribly slow. We were 5 in total in the restaurant, 2 people left because nobody took their order after 10 minutes waiting (despite the fact that they were 5/6 employees working here). I usually like KFC, but the employees here (or at least the ones that serves me) need to wake up and stop being lazy. I definitely not recommend this place.

besides waitingin at the cash register wile the employees have there back to the counter i noticed one employee (john) believe last name to be kimble, drop chiken (2 pieses) onto there badly ineed to be cleand floor and proceed to put them into a togobox and i watched it go out the window. needless to say i walke out. THE EMPLOYEES SUCK. worst survice and dirty,dirty place!

When I walked into this restaurant, I must admit my expectations were quite low... But I was just blown away by the outstanding customer service, finger licking good chicken and amazinggg prices. No.... Like literally.... This chicken made me go through what felt like a full body orgasm on steroids. So get off your lazy butt and get yourself some danky danky chicken

First chance to visit since the remodel. Should have left it closed. Very poor management. Bathrooms disgusting and overflowing. Wanted a two piece original chicken meal. Did not have any original recipe available. Told a 10 to 15 minute wait. Interesting, a chicken restaurant that has no chicken ready. Very disappointed!

Slow food. Disorganised crew. Greasy floor. Tables not cleaned. Excuses. And while I ate members of the crew apologized to every customer until I left twenty minutes after I sat down. On the good side, the food was KFC and cooked throughout as expected.

Quick easy drive through. Food was okay; too much fat on chicken and leg barely had meat on it, so pretty much had one piece as opposed to the two I ordered.
