i went saturday morning, party of one. was told my wait would be 5 minutes. only a few people there. no problem. suddenly a bunch of people start showing up and they are all asked for names and advised up to 15 minutes. a party that arrived before i did gets seated. another party was called and is informed they cant seat because their entire party hasnt arrived. this was my first red flag. since when has bob evans have a seating policy like that? the lady sits back down to await the rest of her party. then i hear the staff talking about my seat as im sitting right next to the kiosk. they were less than nice and said i would have to just wait. then they called a party of 4 who arrived after me. seriously pissed off now. the food is ok. reasonably priced. had been a frequent guest of the restaurant mainly because i really enjoyed the people. now, because of these new folks, the seating nazis, i will not be going back to this restaurant. ever.

Pros - a 15-20 minute wait for a table (party of 3) was only a 5-10 minute wait for us. Food was good. Got a discount for an issue with my food (explained in the cons section). Cons - Customer service was a little weird. Our server came up and started off with "What yall want to drink?", didnt get an introduction or anything. I had to look at her tag to see her name was Tiffany. No napkins or silverware because she forgot. Our ketchup bottle was empty. While the other two people in my group got their foods, I waited for ten minutes before asking about my food. The waitress forgot completely about my food. Seems to forget a lot of things. Not good. A different waitress for another table has a very loud and obnoxious voice. Maybe thats her normal volume of speaking, but I couldnt even hear myself talk to my waitress when placing my order.

The service was horrible nd customer service was jus as bad if not worst, also bc of the service the food wasnt nothing to rave about. We tried to hav a VETERANS DAY meal with a party of seven nd the waitress (KIYA) took our order nd informed us 45 mins later our food order ticket was thrown away....SERIOUSLY???? It went from bad to worst!!! The Manager was informed nd she did nothing to make it better nor did they apply our VETERANS DAY discount (after having to get up to get our bill) I informed the Assistant Manager at the front desk, he was annoyed to have to change the prices!!! Thanks BOB EVANS for treating ur VETERANS with the respect nd dignity we DESERVE. WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN...EVER!!!

Placed order online as we have in the past and prior to todays service the food was great. Called the curb side number and was put on hold for a while, this waiter came out and gave me the wrong order..OK..next another lady comes out and finally gave me the right order, take it home which is 5 mins away and the food was cold. I called Bob Evans to have the food remade and the manager was ok with doing this and even offered a free coffee cake, well get home and it was hot but it just didnt taste like it has when we have ordered from there before....LONG STORY SHORT....Daughter is throwing up, Im not feeling well and my wife is not feeling well either...WIFE NOT HAPPY ON THIS LOVELY MOTHERS DAY!!!!

Very poorly managed restaurant. Went on a Sunday night and there were very few people there. The person seating us looked very angry setting the mood. Food was pretty good quality but took about 30 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. Only issue with the food is 1 ingredient was missing from the omlet I ordered. It took about 10 minutes to pay the bill since there was 1 person ahead of me that they could find the takeout order for. I would have thought 1 of the 6 other people standing at the food counter could have helped but I guess not. Overall, just a very poorly manager restaurant and I will not return.

Today, my mother and I went in for breakfast and the food and server, Rekita, were awesome! However, I witnessed an event I was not fond of. A man came in for an interview and a worker came out and said his boss told him to relay the message that the position was filled yesterday and that they were "very sorry". It was obvious the man was embarrassed and let down. I am not sure why the manager him/her self could not come out to relay the message, why the position was filled before all the interviews were conducted, or why they couldnt have called him before he came in for his interview.

Food was very good but the management needs help. You dont repermand your people in front of the customers and make them wait to pay and cant leave. Kathy is a very nasty rude woman and needs to go. Never have I experienced such a supervisor here like her. She also needs to keep her hands down when she talks to you because its a threating jester. I home the home office sees this soon so you can pull her out of my Bobs today.

We were driving to Charlotte late and arrived about 10 minutes to closing. We were unaware they closed at 9, but they didnt say a word and made us feel extremely welcome. The waitress was helpful and kind. I feel bad now learning that we were there until well after closing, but like I said, the service was unbeatable and the food even better. I would definitely recommend this location based on our experience.

Very nice family atmosphere. The food was great and the waiting service was good. I ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and macaroni. The only negative I have is that 2 of my friend that ordered the chicken pot pie had to wait a while to get their food. They were freshly made but I think the waitress should warn the customer of the longer wait. Overall a neat place though

Maybe the worst food and service Ive received at Bob Evans or anywhere else. My food came out in a huge pool of grease, my scrambled eggs were uncooked and runny. The waitress didnt come by at all after the food was dropped off and when we finally flagged her down she said she would get the manager who never came by. The only bright spot was that they took off the price of the meal.

Listen, its really really hard to Not like Bob Evans. On their worst day, the food is still really good. I cant get out of there for under $30 with my family of 4 (7 & 10yr old girls), but the food is reasonably portioned. Its a clean, country home experience with fantastic table breads. Ample menu selection. We will eat here once a month, without hesitating.

They have a great caramel mocha but it was crowded so the food took a while. They let the food pile up and weve been waiting more than 30 minutes.the lettuce was wilted, the waitress didnt tell us she was leaving. Slow service, the manager Justin Ross took care of us.

October 2016 Gave them a second chance.. it was great. Food was hot and Very Delicious! Great improvements. April 2016 Food was diffently not fresh. One of the meals was cold. The ice cream was crusty like its been sitting in the bowl in the freezer uncovered.
