I go here to satisfy my craving for Pho. I find the wait staff uninspiring and inattentive. Upon my most recent visit at lunch last week (7/26/17) the waitress got my order wrong several times. She d finitely had an attitude of indifference and of being distracted and content to go through the motions. The Pho is just ok and if I could find better or even comparable locally I would stop going here altogether.

Once I received my food I took one bite and my mouth was on fire. I asked the waitress to take it back and give me one without spice she then acted annoyed and as if it were my fault when in the menu it said nothing of the dish having any spice. Not to mention the inside looks nothing like Japanese decor.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. The food was awful. It tasted horrible and it was bad prepared. It is the worst place I have eaten sushi. DO NOT COME HERE! I told them the food was not what I expected and they told me all orders are final. So I had to pay for everything.

Food was good and staff was nice but when you have a drink tea, water etc...and as much as you pay for it , I expect to get refills after my original glass. My waitress never asked for a refill and only came to my table 1 time after got food and 1 time to bring check.

The food is really good. It took me three attempts three different dates to get served. My last waitress was very kind and when I expressed my concern she understood completely. Shes hoping service will get better.

The service was not worth a dime. We sat in there for 15 min before we got our drinks. Its the worst service I have ever had. Never will i eat there again. Use to be my favorite place to eat

Great food, terrific service, wood work on the inside is gorgeous, outside could use updating, but dont let that deter anyone from missing out on great sushi and at a very reasonable price.
