Its impossible for me to be unbiased in this review. We know you dont discuss religion, politics and especially BBQ in mixed company. Im from Eastern NC and you know what that means. We visited the location on a Saturday. It wasnt too busy. The restaurant was new and clean. The menu laid out well on a large chalkboard painted wall. Standard BBQ fare on the menu. Just a little higher priced than I would have expected. I think I liked the chicken better than the BBQ, but once again, Im biased. Its certainly worth a try so let them know what you think.

Very busy at lunch time. BBQ had good flavor but it was shredded way too fine and little dry. Didnt like their coleslaw either, too much vinegar. Baked beans were just ok. This was only my first visit here. I may give them a second chance on a return visit to sample other menu items.

The people were friendly, food was fresh and hot. It was plenty of food for a very good price. The ribs and barbecue is amazing. The only thing I had a problem with was that it was cash or check only but they did have an atm in there.

good hushpuppies and peach cobbler, but the pulled pork was dry. They should retain more of the oils to blend back in. Ill try it again, but not a great first visit

TODAY WAS THE HOG FEST DOWNTOWN BUT I HAD BEEN PASSING BY THIS PLACE ALL WEEK AND DECIDED TO STOP. I ORDERED THE 1/2 CHICKEN,OH MY GOD IT IS TO DIE FOR. GREAT JOB!!!!!
