We recently moved to the area. Ive tried Southern Barbecue a few times now and so far it is my favorite BBQ place in the area after visiting several others. Really good barbecue and good sized portions on everything. I go here for lunch at least once a week. The service is always fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. The food is always out in good time and hot. I do a lot of call-in orders, too, and it is ready within 5-minutes 9 out of 10 times. The baked beans are great, and the hush puppies are pretty good, too. The barbecue is very similar to Lexington Style that you find in central NC where I grew up. Delicious. Ill keep going back.

Absolutely fantastic barbeque!! Great Southern hospitality and reasonable prices. I could tell this place is a local favorite because many of the waitresses knew customers by name. If ever I am back in town, I will for sure be stopping by.

Have eaten there many times and the food is always exceptionally good, and the wait staff is beautiful, friendly and very efficient. I would recommend to anyone, even my pickiest friends, that this is a great place to eat!!

Fantastic place. I get the sliced BBQ with a side of fries and a bun. Best when theyre busy! Love their hush puppies too. Their tea can be really sweet, but I get water anyways. Pies are good too.

Great little find off the exit . BBQ plates and sandwiches. Lexington style BBQ with red slaw. Went with the pulled pork plate and ribs. Awesome.
