I wish there were an option to give a zero star rating. Prior to the fire and renovation I wouldve glady rated 5 stars because Ive never had any complaints. Once reopened I was excited to return and only left dissapointed. I have tried a few more times since but now I can honestly say I will not return to this dairy Queen location. Im not in any way a picky eater but if I go out and pay for a burger it should be edible. Every single time Ive been served limp french fries and a dried out burger plastered in mayonnaise and ketchup. My most recent visit, I had my hopes up again thinking maybe it had gotten better since the last time. Again, I was served a cold mayonnaise plastered burger and cold limp fries. I literally scraped half my sandwich away with the mayonnaise because it was so disgusting and tried to eat the burger plain,didnt happen. Again, high hopes that the blizzards were still phenomenal because theyre always good. I spoke with the cashier and she suggested the royal reeses brownie blizzard, so I ordered it. Then I proceeded to stand in the tiniest waiting area as people started to pile in. I mean like 4 families. Theyre being served their sundae sides,etc and Im just standing there looking at them from the other side of the counter, hoping they will catch a hint. Unfortunatley, they didnt pick up on my hint or the young staff just didnt care. After about 20-30 mins of watching them b.s. behind the counter while Im just waiting for my ice cream, I peek behind the counter and show my receipt to the owner and tell him Ive been waiting.. He takes the initiative to make my blizzard for me and looks to the cashier and asks about the brownie topping. She tells him theyre out so I can have a reeses blizzard. At this point whatever. Blizzard was garbage. I will never go back. I would never recommend the place.

This is the nastiest place you can eat at. Ive literally watched as a roach crawled out of one of their candies. I understand its the south, but at least cover your foods. After not ordering ice cream, I ordered a #5 grillburger and I waited for 15 minutes only to have one of the girls from up front, who was cleaning tables, ask me why I was just sitting there. I told her Ive been waiting for my food and she then proceeded to say "well maybe next time youll go up front and get it." So she leaves and brings me my food. Again, nasty. I took one bite out of my burger and immediately spit it out. The meat was freezing cold and not even cooked all the way, not to mention the rotting lettuce. I wish i could give zero stars because i wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Bugs, rude ass workers, and nasty undercooked food. Good job dairy queen

Ordered a burger basket and I handed the clerk my cash, she took out the dollar bills, looked at me, and then closed the draw not giving me my cents. Immediately after saying, "Next!" I had to ask the manager for the rest of my change from the other register, because this chick was trying to steal from me. Food was great though. I mean cmon, its Dairy Queen.

Only DQ around and so much better than Sonic. Food is good ice cream is better but the ice cream cakes are the best. This visit was for a cake and the store was getting a facelift, service was quick, polite, and professional. They did a great job with writing on the cake.

Not only was my order rung up incorrectly, but it was handed to me THREE TIMES wrong!!!! I was handed "fresh, burnt" onion rings!!! Very unacceptable!! REFUND...... & the review will be posted on my blog site

Terrible. Ordered one thing and they managed to get it completely wrong. No clue how "mozzarella chicken" gets interpreted to "bacon ranch chicken" at least they gave me fries, though they were disgusting.

Great place for a good bite. Service is amazing and employees are the kindest i have ever met. Only reason for 4 stars is for a slight mess, but the quick service makes up for that!
