I give this subway 3 stars. Im usually a daily customer since i work in the same shopping center and i enjoy eating subway. I come in Mornings. i understand it gets busy in the afternoon, but i came in one time around 9am about 2 months ago, not busy at all and asked for my usual CHOPPED Turkey salad. The woman who made my salad didnt chop my salad correctly, left the turkey uncut and didnt even ask me for cheese. I gotten very frustrated because before i can even ask the women to Chop it some more, im over here getting ask to pay for the salad before its even finished, i went ahead and paid. When i see the salad bagged up there wasnt no spoon no crackers and the salad was horrible, i didnt ask for a refund but i did speak to the manger(clerk) gave her my name and ask if i can come back later and get my salad done again since i was running late to my shift. As i come out my 10 hour shift i return back to subway around 7:30 a granola bar was all i eaten all day since i couldnt get my salad. I come back and i told them about the salad and they knew what i was there for due to my name, as if i was talked bad about. i came in with a additude, and remarked for my salad, the employee ask me how my day was and i told him about the incident that happened early today and he immediately changed my mood to happy with funny comments like ("its because they dont have the magic touch like i do" he continued with my salad and gave me a fair amount of vegatables and even had my turkey cut into nice pieces along with my cheese. Without asking, he offered if i wanted any dressing or crackers. I was pleased with the customer service and ended up buying an extra footlong turkey for the next day.

Went in today to grab 2 sandwiches to go . A girl named Erika was working the front by herself. She rocked it.. after fixing the peoples in front of me and then putting one of mine in the oven she had to take their money. She took her gloves off , took care of them with a smile and then washed her hands and put fresh gloves on and continued with me. She got everything right and I was so impressed by how fast and with a smile she was moving I forgot to ask for lite mayo and sweet onion. Before she closed it she asked me. Then she continued on my second sammich and finished it. By then 3 more people walked in and I noticed she did the same thing , gloves off, money , washed hands , fresh gloves all while smiling and greeting customers. ERIKA is her name and I hope this makes it to corporate because she is indeed an asset to Subway. ( I usually go to a different one but now will be stopping here on my way home more often )

I was in a few days ago and finally decided we just wont be coming back to this store. Hit or miss on what kind of employee youll get. Friendly and ready to serve you ... or annoyed with your presence. The floors, tables, counters, etc. in this location are straight up filthy. We had never sat to eat at this location before and I had not previously noticed the major filth. I was slightly shocked. I am wondering what the kitchen where we cannot see looks like.

I would give this Subway ZERO stars if I could. This place is FILTHY and should probably be shut down by the health inspector. Floors- Dirty, Tables- All dirty, Windows- more fingerprints than you can image...and dont get me started on the hallway to the restroom and the restroom itself....GROSS! Whoever owns this Subway franchise should be ashamed

bad, really disappointed with the last two times Ive been. Lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, ect. wasnt fresh. I was even over charger for what I order the last visit and had to get them to fix the price. dont recommend that location at all
