I love Taco Bell, but this place just misses the mark. The food is for the most part ok not good but not great. It just seems like every time I go there there is some drama with the staff when I go in. So most of the time I do the drive through. And in those instances I will usually have to yell my order out, repeatedly. And I think because this is a combo restaurant (long johns / Taco Bell) the just dont train on the differences, I think if I try to order the "t5" the after the 3rd time repeating it, just wind up describing it to them. And one time a drove up and the the lady said "what do you want"!!! Really!!!! No basic greeting. Again this seams like a training problem. But, ok so what about the food. Well the long johns food, just stay away!!! Dry, flat, no taste, ask for vinegar and you might get it, but they will forget any other sauce you ask for. As for the Mexican food, its generally ok, but there is always a bad item in the bag. It might be funny tasting beef, a dropped or manga led burrito, dried hard tortilla, or wilted lettuce. I drive by this place on the way home but if Im near another Taco Bell Ill get it and take it home to reheat rather than eating at this place. I know this seams harsh, but this place is just no good.

WTF? Beach area establishments are known for having employees who are laid back ( Im from California) but this is ridiculous. 1st visit turned around without ordering because 1/2 the items I wanted on the Long John Silvers side were not available. 2nd visit - other things not available, ordered anyway. Manager yelling at employee to "stop taking orders" with 12 people in line. Bowl of mints behind counter had homemade cds and earbuds on top of candy. Cashier didnt have pen for credit card slip, he swiped card, gave it back, went to get pen, cash drawer popped open, stayed open for at least 30 seconds, I could have robbed the place. Another customer returned his fish for being too greasy (eventually I agreed with him), customers were laughing at situation. Walked out to the sound of drive through customer complaining to the squack box. Maybe they were understaffed, maybe they should just focus on being a Taco Bell and forget the Long John Silvers side. In any case, this was a pretty poor experience.

if i could rate it at -5*, i would. two weeks ago my family happened to order at the drive through. We literally had a small order of a few tacos. It took us more than 15 mins to get to the window because "the person ahead of us had a large $40 order" ( as the employee and the manager explained when I commented on the long wait time) Both of them were ridiculously rude to us, and we certainly regretted visiting that location. Typically any fast food restaurant will pull the car up to wait up front so other customers do not have to wait. And if the wait is longer than expected they offer complimentary drinks or discounts. However at this location not only they didnt offer anything, but were very unprofessional and offensively impolite. Very dissatisfied with customer service provided. Would not recommend the place!

Well first off, they got half of my order wrong. Its a bit frustrating when you drove off from the drive through window to be courteous to the customers in line behind you, without checking your meal, just to be disappointed. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but it was undercooked. I dont know how long a quesadilla is supposed to be on the grill, but it must have been taken off in half the time. They didnt separate orders when we asked them to, and they apparently dont know the difference between a hard/soft taco. Worst experience at a taco bell yet.

So today i ordered shredded chicken burritos from taco bell (my favorite place) and i swear the food tastes so much better when you can tell someone actually made the food properly. It wasnt sloppy like it sometimes usually is but perfectly rolled and the food porportion was on fleek not to much cheese or rice everything was at its best i think who ever was working food line today should get some type of recognition for there excellent burrito making skills lmao gotta love taco bell (also j.t was at the drive thru and he left me with a smile as always

I normally love Taco Bell, but this is the worst Ive ever been to. Theyve never gotten our orders right on the first try. A few days ago my brother ordered a steak quesadilla with beef soft taco and they gave him a chicken quesadilla with steak soft taco. I just ordered fiesta potato breakfast burritos and they gave me bacon breakfast burritos. And Im a vegetarian so I was not happy... Plus when we were in Cocoa Beach last year I got really sick and threw up later in the day after eating breakfast there so...

Ute etter et kjapt og usunt måltid, da er dette plassen. Stor mengde kalorier til få dollars. Alt smaker likt, og er heller ikke sterkt. Vassent og kjedelig men fult av fett. Betjeningen var dog hyggelig.

After waiting 15 mins for my food it was wrong so they said they would fix but after another 10 mins iasked and they still hadnt started it and the manager if u want to call her that is in the back laughing and carry on with no care in the world about all the people waitung for there food. I have been in this business for 22 yrs and seen alot this was pathetic

My husband walked to this store got there before 11p.m. The lobby was closed and he went around to talk to the cashier in the window and got robbed in front of the cashier. Got back safe and we took the car down there to talk to the manager and to see if they got it on camera. Well they did the cops got called and we got trespassed.

Just before 11pm on a Friday, the inside was closed?? Make any sense, not. So we walked up there, had to go through the drive thru, we had no car & said they couldnt serve us. Even telling them we were staying at the hotel right behind them. Seriously . . .

I complained to the manger about my order coming out wrong, then they call my company from my work shirt to complain about me complaining I didnt even ask for you to correct my order needless to say wont eat here on my lunch breaks ever again

Manager very rude tables and floors are always dirty. Bathroom dirty soda station was so nasty couldnt put your cups on the counter. Pick up area to get your food had food crumbs all over it. Wouldnt let my family go back to the dirty place

Always good food. Avoid Walletta at the window. She never listens, sometimes gives you the right food and whatever sauces she feels like despite your request. She is a real detractors from the experience.
