I have resisted the urge to leave a negative review for this place for a long time. I wanted to be fair and instead just avoided them for a long time hopeful theyd get their act together by the time I tried them again. That hasnt happened and tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. The customer is always right. Apparently, no one at this location has been trained to understand that. I hadnt been to this (or any other) Pizza Hut in almost a year because the manager on duty during my last visit gave me a bad attitude when I suggested that the customer is always right. As this location is close to home and I am recovering from a cold, I decided to give it another chance on the evening 8/6/17. That turned out to be a big mistake. I made a point of indicating that my order was very specific. Despite this, they did not get it right the first time. They did not get it right the second time, either. And, in fact, they did not get it right the third time. By then, it had been almost an hour after I had walked in, near closing time. Now I understand there were issues with the computer system and the staff on hand was apologetic about that, however that is not an acceptable excuse for not executing my order correctly. It is certainly not an excuse for executing my order incorrectly on three consecutive attempts. They just dont listen and they dont communicate well with one another to the end of getting the customers order correct. On the first attempt there was pepperoni on my pizza which I did not order and will not eat. On the second attempt they claimed to not cut my pizza prior to cooking but I was watching and they did. Furthermore, there was also pepperoni on the cut edges of that pizza, which I still will not eat. On the third attempt they finally got the correct non-toppings, however I had indicated to them at least two or three or four times that I wanted it very well done, that I wanted it run through the oven at least twice. That did not happen. The pizza I eventually left with was under-done for my taste and was virtually inedible as a result. As it was a personal pan pizza, I pretty much left hungry. The people at this store need to be retrained or fired, or the store just plain needs to be shut down. Until something is done to improve customer service at this store and in the chain, I do not intend to return to this or any other Pizza Hut again in the foreseeable future. Its a shame, really...in the late 80s and early 90s Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza chain. In the intervening 25 years or so, theyve really gone down the tubes. There are no reliable pizza chains anymore (which is fine...Id rather roll the dice and support an unknown local pizzeria, all things being equal, which is what I will do from now on).

Trying to have a peaceful dinner, i decided to go to pizza hut... worst decision of my life. A fight broke out, the staff didnt seem to know how to handle the situation. At one point it one of the managers was about to jump into the fight and turn it into an all out brawl. The police ended up coming, i watched quietly as they all lied to the police officers faces. I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. Do not go here if you dont want to be attacked... on the bright side the food was actually decent. Please let my review help you decide if you really want to come here

There is just something about Pizza Huts pizza that is better than other pizza options. Its never overcooked, their toppings are fresh and plentiful, and their crust is delicious. They offer multiple options of crust flavorings; I love the "Hut Favorite" which is like a garlic bread flavoring. They have so many different discounts and sales that youll never pay full price for a pizza or 2.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They take for ever to come! Also the Manager that works there sucks.. he has cancelled my ONLINE DELIVERY ORDER twice without notifying me, so here I was waiting for my pizza for my kids for over an Hour to finally call and ask what had happened to my pizza!!? The Managers says they had to cancel the order because they didnt have drivers!!

bought a single slice of pizza , it had been heated so hot that when i took a bite the heat coming out from under the cheese had burned the roof of my mouth so bad that all the skin blistered and died , and my toungue feels like grip tape , its now been 4 days and it still hurts to eat

Ive noticed an increase in the quality and taste of Pizza Hut pizza over the last couple years. This location is fast and efficient and clean. If you sign up for Pizza Hut emails you get a lot of good deals but you also get a lot of emails!

I have had an awesome experience thus far. we have been ordering pizza from this location about 7 times since we ha e moved to this area 8 months ago. Customer service is amazing. Great tasting pizza and very affordable.

Great Pizza Hut location, its a "new" style with friendly staff. Sometimes it can take a few minutes to get help with a pickup order tho.
