One of the nicer Chik-fil-As Ive been in - large, friendly staff, clean, with plenty of seating and a kids play area. It also has dual drive-through lanes, which keeps things moving quickly during the lunch rush. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Because like some other not-so-well managed fast food locations, they hide the ketchup from customers and make you fight through the line at the registers to ask for it (if you notice it missing in the first place). After several minutes of trying to get someones attention, the employee who finally fished some ketchup out from behind the counter for me explained (without my asking him to) that theyre rationing the ketchup because "customers steal it." If youre going to stick with that logic, youve gotta give every customer ketchup by default without them having to explicitly ask for it.

Chik Fil A is one of my favorite places on Planet Earth. The chicken nuggets bring me immeasurable joy. Dont even get me started on the waffle fries, those things are so freaking good omfg. However, I recently went and they had NO nuggets smh... AND the tenders were nasty. Overall, LOVE IT!

Best chicken sandwichs and milkshakes around! My go to for lunch for me and half the crew i work with. They are friendly and the one time i got a mistake they went above and beyond to make it right. The manager and staff actually care, which is not common in a fast food type establishment.

Came from the south, and got used to this there. Happy to see this newer location. I went there today during lunchtime. They seemed to have the long drive thru line moving quickly, and the guy at the window gave me a free ice cream cone!

Great food, friendly service. Just wish it wasnt so busy all the time! The chicken is juicy and delicious, and the waffle fries are awesome. You dont get enough fries in the regular, so make sure you get the large! Or two!

Very slow food delivery could have used beepers to make it better. Unless you want waste 40 minutes they need to improve dine in exp. Food was not bad but i feel for staff having to run around looking for table markers

Im a big fan of chick-fil-a. Their food is delicious, far better than any other fast food fried chicken, and their staff is awesome. Despite being far north of their southern roots, this branch is great as always!

Employees go above and beyond. Food cost slightly higher than other places. But the quality is 10 times better. The cost also helps keep a better clientele. No dolla menu keeps the rift raft away.
