So we did take out and they messed up and they forgot a maki. We obviously did not know this until we got home. This was the 2nd time they did this in as many times (we have been going to this site for several years - they have our phone # in their system). So we called. Instead of saying sorry they told me to take a picture and send it to them. We had already started taking the rolls out -hungry teenagers- so when we sent the photo all that was left was a couple rolls. They called us back and said no all the rolls were there. I said we ordered 9 rolls, the receipt said 9 but there were 8 rolls - they had forgotten the Pink Floyd Maki. He then proceeded to say, basically that I was lying and that he could see in the photo spicy mayo on the side of the container - not sure what that means but he kept repeating himself until after a few minutes of saying no you are wrong, I said forget it youve worn me out. This is last straw - learn restaurant management - its cheaper to suck up a 12$ roll then to lose a customer of many years.

First of all the pictures in their menu doesnt match any of the food they serve! The waiter said it does, but brought me a salad absolutely different from the picture, but he apologized and said I can refuse the dish. We didnt try many dishes from their menu, but sushi were pretty bad - they use wrong rice and the fish is not very fresh. The place is definitely overpriced for the food quality.

Love the sushi and the atmosphere. But Im not personally a fan of the chinese entrees. They all seem like they have too much salt and MSG. My husband orders them with no salt/MSG and he likes them. I do also like most of the apps. But the best thing of all which I seem to be addicted to is the "Ashland Roll" yum!

Awesome and fast service, was still seated even though they were trying to close down the seating area down on the other side of the bar. Awesome food and not bad pricing! I suggest, I would totally come back!

Great food with a nice balance of flavors, textures, and temperatures. Great, attentive service, and a nice, cool, quiet location. Highly recommended if youre looking for Japanese cuisine in the Ashland area!

No one speaks English when u try to place an order! U try to say two diff cards for the order nd they put it on one nd claim itll take 7-10 business days to place it back on ur card
