Truly bizarre experience. I didnt even get to taste the food - we got their menu in the mail and decided to try it out. I called at 8:21PM on a Tuesday night. Their menu said they were open until 10:30PM. The first time I called the number, it made a noise like a fax was being sent. I checked the menu, then redialed, and a woman answered. She was pleasant at first; I asked to make an order for takeout and she said I was too late. I looked at the menu (which listed the restaurant as being open until 10:30PM), then asked what the cut-off was so we could order another day. She interrupted me to ask what I wanted because there might be time. I started to say that it was okay, we had been intending a large order and I didnt want to keep her - I was about to wish her good night when she began YELLING over me "Lady! Lady! What do you want to order, lady? Lady!" My boyfriend could hear her from five feet away - who yells at a customer like that? I pulled the phone away from my ear, paused, and said "Um...excuse me?" but she kept yelling about what I wanted so I just said "Wow...you know what, I dont want to order anything after all. Thank you." and hung up while she continued to yell. The best part was that my phone immediately rang back from a different number (??) and the same woman left a strangely calm message about how "she told me I had 2 hours left to order" and "to call back". My boyfriend thought it was an auto-callback service because of how immediately her demeanor changed. Call back? Um...no. Our first order would have been over $50 and we live not even 20 min away. Really sad. We drove to Cranston instead - good food, no yelling, and no busted ear drum! Hong Kong Buffet is really good if youre in the area.

Usually I am not disappointed with this place however my most recent delivery order was a complete disappointment. They didnt have any more 2 liter Cokes, which they did not notify me of, so they gave me three soda cans which is only like one liter of soda. My egg rolls taste like they had in lemon Lysol in them. My super dragon lo mein was bland at best. The teriyaki chicken was good but dry. I wont be ordering from them ever again. I would suggest to others that they dont order from them.

Just received my order. They were out of what I wanted so they sent a substitute without calling to ask my preference. NO, I didnt need ten plain chicken fingers instead of bbq pork rolls. How does that even translate??? They also forgot one entire part of our order, Ive been trying to call them for thirty minutes to ask where it is, theyre phone is giving a busy signal for 39 minutes so far. Will NOT order from them again!

Hands down the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life!!! Like ewwww!!!!!!! Dont do it!!!! Not to mention when I called, they still had an hour left of service and she said, "why you not call earlier?" Like duh... if we couldve, we wouldve! Ugh... just thinking about this food, I need to go wash my mouth out with soap... I think I ate an animal you arent supposed to tonight...

Went in to eat lady gave us no privacy at all kept rubbing my 11 month old sons head and top that the soad was flat food tasted a scale of 7 out of ten but the list bite my mom boy friend took got a hair in the out food lady gave us one free chicken and a soda i wanted to not pay because the poor exprience bit as a worker of busniess ik its hard so i paid but not going back

When I was a kid this ace when I was a kid this place really rocked the people would come out and the people who owned it would come out and visit you at your table now so its a little dated but still great food great people that own it and you should try and make your own opinion also been here for about 35-40 years so that speaks for itself

this is the worst chinese food in town they decide how much food its enough for you the new owners are very cheap with ingredients food used to be good now its extremly bad the house fried rice they 2 pices of steak 2 pices of chicken and 1 unclean shrimp they call it house fried rice crapy place

It was horrible!!! I ordered crab Rangoon last night it was frozen CHICKEN!! Then I ordered some pork and beef loman they but it in the same box. I got this all in delivery the delivery is horrible it took 2 hours and the guy on the phone said 30 minutes

Best Chinese food I ever tasted. I was born in Rhode Island and every time I go and visit family I eat there every time. It has became tradition and the staff remembers me and my family. And that was maybe 15 years ago when we started going there.
