The place was insanely crowded, so I gave them leeway for maybe taking a little longer, but it became ridiculous by the end of our dinner. In fact, a family of five seated some time after just 2 of us, were in and out long before we were, and we did not order extravagantly. When the waitress first asked us for our order, I got one sentence out before she said "excuse me" and disappeared. Another waitress came along in about 5 minutes. The first thing I said was that we cannot have dairy and I cannot have nuts. We were later served 2 dairy products and one was topped with nuts. We did get our appetizers in a relatively decent time, but that family of five had gotten and almost finished their entire meal before we got our entrees. We didnt get the tea wed ordered until we were finished our meals, and it was cream laden. I reminded the waitress that wed asked for it without cream. She apologized and brought us the correct tea right away. But it was undrinkably bitter! I never sweeten my tea, but after adding a whole packet of sugar and some water to the tiny cup, I could still barely choke any down. We were asked if we wanted any dessert. I said that we did not. However, a bowl of creamy rice pudding, topped with nuts, showed up moments later. We bussed our table to show we were ready to leave but it took quite awhile for anyone to bring us the tiniest leftover containers ever and our check. I think I tried to get someones, anyones, attention to take my money for about 10 minutes! I finally was able to grab a guy bustling by, who seemed very confused as to why I was so desperate to pay. It felt like an eternity before we got finally got out of there. The food itself was good. Not amazing. But good. All in all, Ill not ever go there again or recommend it as my overall experience had me more angry than anything else.

I have been going to Indian garden since three years but I was very disappointed with the last visit. We went with my cousins family and the service was very unprofessional. It took one and half hour to get just soup and appetizer to our table. Our server kavita who took the order did not even bother to check on us since "she forgot" to even place the order in the kitchen. Our plates were wet and the food was not great either. We finally decided to walk out, but then they insisted to wait five more minutes. When we talked to the manager about the issue, he said the order is being served number wise, but the guests who came after us got their food served on time and were leaving while we were sitting and waiting for 2 hours for our food. I dont think I will ever take my family to this place again. It is a shame when this kind of service is provided to regular customers.

One of the best avenues to eat Indian Food in the vicinity. After being fed piles and piles of garbage at various Indian Restaurants in the Central Jersey and Philadelphia I was relieved to finally find savor my meal at Indian Garden. I will be very happy to say that I will be visiting them again very shortly... My only complaint is that the place was very crowded when we got there. Tough we had to wait a few minutes before we lead to our table, we had a completely good time. We had Kachumber Salad, Samosas, Lassis, Shahi Paneer, Kadai Vegetable and Fruit Rice Pudding(Kheer). All of the above was fabulous especially the Paneer which was really fresh (soft-melt in the mouth not rubber) and the Fruit Kheer was to die for.

Darnit, I really wanted to love this place. Had the lunch buffet today and heres the bottom line: *NAAN bread: They PILE it onto the buffet tray so point being, a majority of the bread will NOT be hot and fresh. *Chicken Tikka Masala: Slightly okay. *Chicken Curry: Flavor different from most indian restaurants, but tender. *Tandoori Chicken: Excellent. My water was warm so I asked the waiter for ice-water and he said "i just poured you Ice water". I looked closely and saw a fleck of ice. Ok, cool. lol. I asked the waiter "Is there a menu, or just buffet"? His exact words "In general, just the buffet". People working here have the personality of a piece of cheese. Food wasnt much better.

Went for lunch buffet. Ambience is very claustrophobic, trying to squeeze in as many tables n people in a tiny room. Waiters got attitude, like why should we care about Indians when we have non Indians here. Never expect them to greet you or atleast fill water or change plates. It is such a turn off. Food tastes average or more to the bland side; precisely kurma, paneer masala, chole all taste the same.Very limited dishes and btw no Biriyani or any frill dishes. Unless you want to fill plate with salad, 3 types of chutneys n raita n plain rice. On the brighter side nan was descent. Not going back anytime soon!!

Went in for the lunch buffet. Im vegan, so the manager pointed out all of the things I could have, including the mint chutney (a lot of restaurants put yogurt in it). All of their dishes that are made with cream could be made without; I had the corn saag. They brought naan around for all the tables, and roti for me. Very accommodating, great service, excellent food. One diner told me it was the best Indian restaurant in Bucks County, and that if you dont see something on the buffet one day, you can ask for it to be put on the next. Well be making this a go-to for Indian food.

We came to this restaraunt at 7:14 pm and wanted to have a quick indian meal. We also understood that it was a saturday and it would take longer than usual, but we were hungry and we decided that we could handle the wait. Unfortunately my family never knew that we would be walking outside of the restaraunt at 9 pm. We ordered 3 curries and bread and it took them one hour to keep it on the plate(or even more). The food was not bad but it was definetly not worth the wait. If i were you, I would go to another restaraunt around the corner unlees you dont mind an hour wait.

Eating vegetarian? The Malai Kofta is INCREDIBLE. They do justice to this very old classic dish which in my humble opinion should be the flagship of any stand out Indian restaurant. From what I can surmise, the koftas have just a dash of orange fruit in them which makes the dish taste sensationally complex. They also make a very good korma. Ive eaten about half the dishes on the vegetarian menu and havent been disappointed in any of them. To top it off, the staff is extremely friendly.

What a great restaurant with helpful service and a wonderful lunch buffet of Indian cuisine. Clean and pleasant with table cloths. A man I met there says he eats there every day! Very resonable price for such good food. I heard that at dinner time the price goes up. So ask about dinner menu ahead. The serve yourself ice cream and cones was a fun last course. Small waffle cones would be even nicer if they would change to them. The restaurant expanded not long ago for more seating.

Ive been there multiple times with my friends and family and everyone always loves it. It is frequently busy due to its great tasting food. The servers are very friendly and Ive received a small complimentary dessert twice. They are always willing to accommodate to your taste and spice levels. I highly recommend the vegetable makhani and the chilli garlic naan. They also have one of the best paneer tikka appetizers that Ive tried.
