The food is decent but the service is AWFUL. I have had multiple bad experiences with to go orders. Most recently, I had to wait an hour and a half in the restaurant when I was quoted 20 minutes over the phone when I called my order. When I received my food the naan had been soggy from sitting in the foil for so long because of the wait. I called in to complain and the cashier said they will give me 4 free naan next time. Fast forward to my next order... I tell them of the previous experience I had and how I was promised free 4 naan. This led to the manager telling me they had nothing on file, could not honor it, and argued with me over the phone for 10 minutes. He then said he can give me 2 free naan but I will have to pay for the other 2. My family enjoys the food so I accepted and decided that would be the last time I order. When I got home I realized I was only given 3 naan instead of 4. The butter chicken was also extremely spicy (I order Indian Hot usually and was noticeably hotter) to the point where it wasnt even edible. It was clearly tampered with. I advise you not to eat from this restaurant. The service is terrible and the manager does not care about customers. I used to order from here often but will not anymore. There are plenty of other indian restaurants in the area that have much better customer service.

I hate this place with the experience. The arrogant Manager and employees there are too irritating. We just went there with my customers and altogether we were around 7 people. After finishing the lunch, they told us that we should book the table before reaching there and we have spoiled the environment. Not sure how such employees are surviving there. But next time, as one of the team member really wanted to try out the food, we went and had lunch where in there was a group of 4 people. While giving the bill, we gave 4 creditcards to split the money equally. They denied stating that they can only accept 2 cards otherwise there system will not accept. When we questioned, they said its because of the possibility that there will be long queue if they start doing it. Also commented that all fine dine restaurant will do likt this........ What a f***ing restaurant is this? I never advice anyone to go there. I myself hated this place because its not authentic Indian food and bad people in there.

The first time I went to this restaurant, the service was outstanding and the food is absolutely awesome. That was two and a half years ago. The food is still awesome, but the service is horrible. Each time I have gone back in 2013 the service has gotten worse and worse. There seems to be only one waiter and he is down right rude. You ask for some moderate changes to the spice level (more spicy hot) and they dont want to do it. And be prepared to be there for at least two hours if you can get waited on. This last time I went there, we were seated given the papad and a glass of water and there we sat for 20 minutes. I couldnt even flag the waiter down because he was nowhere to be found. No one came to take a drink order or appetizers. There was only one other table in there and they werent being waited on either. My family and I left, and we will never go back. Its too bad, their food is really, really good. This rating is entirely based on their service.

Tried to go for lunch on Sunday, February 28 and came back with horrible experience. Had been there just once before, and knew they had some etiquette problem. But even with calling 20 mins ahead of time, knowing we had 5 kids, and 6 adults, we were told no tables available. Even though we could see two tables with reserved tag on it. When we asked why didnt you block the tables if we called earlier, the response was "we dont take reservations". With the two tables with evidence on it, didnt bother this lad to lie. When asked for Manager, response "he is not here". Rudely, were told we were late to arrive. When in fact we were on time. Frankly, they didnt seem to care for Indians....want to cater to White Americans only....great. I think they can serve some not-that-authentic Indian food to whites, and can easily afford to lose Indian families.

India got Independence in 47 but still the Staff & Owner of this Restaurant don’t think the same way, If you visit this you can feel it, Too much of Arrogant staff with a very little choice of Indian Delicacies. I visited this in the hope of a good Authentic Indian Taste but we stepped out with very unpleasant experience for Food & Services. Not much choice in Starters. Main Course has couple of Veg, non-veg gravies which can never come close to Authentic Indian Delicacies. Frustrating Part is the Service from their staff. Nan or Rote comes like a "Birbal-Khichadi”, by the time you get them you might be done with your food. I am still thinking what their staff does standing in a corner looking at guests rather than serving them? Overall Third-class Indian Cuisine in First Class Neighborhood.

I am a huge fan of Indian food. It is probably my favorite type of cuisine. This place had great reviews, so I was very disappointed after eating here. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, which is a very popular, typical Indian dish. It didnt taste bad, it just didnt taste anything like Chicken Tikka Masala is supposed to. I ordered the dish "Indian hot" - the hottest possible level - and it wasnt spicy at all. My husband has a very low tolerance for spicy foods and even he said it wasnt hot. Also, I am pregnant and the manager stared at me in a very creepy manner all evening. I understand that people stare at pregnant women, but this was something far different. I wouldnt eat here again. Its just not worth the money.

Never going again to this place , manager is very very rude . I Went to lunch buffet with my non indian friends who want to try Indian food first time , as soon as we reached he started asking when we gonna leave . In 1/2 an hour he brings the check and asking us to leave when we ask why , he said other people might want to come . He didnt let us split the check either , created lot of drama and ruined our lunch , 18% gratuity already added so we cant do anything about it . We paid $350 bill and had worst experience . If owner of this restaurent read this review please take it seriously , people like this not only ruin your business , they ruin the country name too.

I was there this afternoon for lunch buffet. Liked the location and ambiance inside the restaurant. But the food was not up to my expectations. Bland even for non-Indian. Basic things like Dal was not perfect - use some Salt! Tandoori chicken dint taste good, Butter chicken was good... Kabab Curry was not a good idea... Lamb curry tasted good. A couple of veggie corries were the saver of the day. Gulab Jamoon was a total disaster - I had half and I got a extremely strong sugar taste and almost a sugar rush... overall, it was just a ok experience when it comes to taste. I might not go back there for a while.
