The worst place I have ever been to! I asked for tea, I got a teacup with no saucer. When I asked for a saucer to rest my spoon and cup on, the waitress didnt even know what a saucer was! We ordered chicken quesadillas for appetizers, which were the best thing there. We then ordered french onion soup, with sandwiches. One pastrami, the other turkey. The soup was room temperature, and the sandwiches were salty and mushy. Pastrami was fried or something, and nothing on the bread. I refused to eat them. The waitress heard me complaining but never returned. When she finally came back, I told her how salty and mushy the food was. She replied, "well pastrami is the saltiest meat in the world and that sandwich always comes dry, so..." I have eaten plenty pastrami sandwiches to know that it should not be THAT bad. The waitress asked us if we wanted anything else instead. I said no, just the bill. When we got up to pay the bill, the guy at the register said the card machine was down, and i had to take money out of the atm which charges 3.50. Needless to say they got a lousy tip. I even said to the guy that service was horrible. No sorry or anything from the guy. He didnt care. Not that they care, but, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

If I could give NO stars, I would! Weve gone to this diner for over 20 years, through various owners, menus & renovations. Usually the food was good to OK; your basic decent diner. This weekend, we had one of the top 5 worst meals of our lives! The "lobster" bisque (OK, obviously a diner isnt going to have lobster in it, but...) was truly disgusting. The consistency of phlegm and a very off taste. The French onion soup was darkened water with raw onions. The meat in the Gyro and the hot Roast Beef sandwich was the same; chewy, stringy, strange-tasting and just plain GROSS. Something on the (very basic) salad bar was bad, in the sense that the 2 people who got it didnt even get out of the place before the diarrhea hit. Honest to God. The food was a nightmare. The waitress was, as usual, wonderful (same wait staff but different owners? cooks? vendors?) Dont know what happened, but well never go there again. And I urge the eating public to STAY AWAY!

What a TERRIBLE experience. We ordered an omelette and a chicken cheese wrap, simple food you would expect to be done quickly and not be messed up. The omelette was terrible only had cheese on half of it and the chicken wrap was raw let alone there was about a half block of cheese unmelted in it. It looked like our meal was thrown together in a matter of minutes yet we had to wait 45 min to an hour. On top of that they still had us pay for the whole meal. Oh an did I forget to mention we asked for sausages and mixed vegetables for our 1 year old and they only brought out green beans soaked in some disgusting tomatoes paste. Nearly made me vomit. Good luck if you go here, I would encourage you to just save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Went for breakfast. Ordered drinks. Received most of them except for a small Apple juice. Ordered food got all the food but still waiting for apple juice. She said she would bring it but took others orders and still no Apple juice had to ask the busser. And finally 1/2 way into breakfast and finally autistic sister gets her small Apple juice!!! Need more hot water and coffee made a complaint and the waitress fills the coffee and brings a cup of hot water and pours it over my plate into my mug. Water runs down waitress arm and puddled on my pancakes. She said there no other way to give me hot water... No apologies for anything. Than she gives us the wrong bill. Just awful service... Ps chocolate chip pancakes suck!!!! So sad and disappointed!!!!

A group of eight of us came there for breakfast. We waited till 10:30 so it would not be a hardship on them. After being seated at a table that was covered in syrup and the chair also we waited another 20 min till the waitress came to take our order. We had one round of coffee. She never came back and offered more. My husband and I had an order of French toast not cooked in the center. I had blueberry pancakes in which the berries were hard and not even any juice. She did not bring butter for either till the food was cold. We had to ask a second time for syrup. After leaving there both my husband and myself became sick. So never will we go there again. Just bad all around.

Place has gone downhill, four of us ordered and one of the meals was just awful. Sandwich had stuff on it that wasnt in the description and chicken looked like it had been chewed and spit out. When we questioned it, no apologies and no asking if she would like something else. Just took the sandwich and left the fries there. When we got the bill, we questioned about being charged for the fries and the "manager", if you can call her that, ripped the receipt out of my wifes hand and just walked away. She did not come back and nothing said, our waitress had to come back with the receipt. If you want questionable food and terrible service, this place is for you.

Every time I come this diner, I get terrible food and service. My friend and I actually walked out because we had ordered burgers and we needed to catch a movie. It doesnt take a half an hour to make burgers. They werent that busy either. Ive sent food back twice. Im a foodie and I know quality food. Their food is terrible, and Im not the only one who thinks that. The waiter I had the two other times I went, sat me down and then fell of the face of the earth; they didnt come around to ask if I wanted a refill or napkins. The cook doesnt give a crap and neither do the waiters. Do not go to this diner. Youve been warned.

The waitress and staff were super nice and attentive. The food however was not enjoyable. My trip to the salad bar ended with bad vegetables in my salad. While my soup was okay, I could not stomach the main course. I had the the shrimp and scallop scampi. It was gritti and bland. The rice was extremely mushy. While we were attempting to eat our meal three other tables sent food back. We did not send our meal back but we did not finish, we paid and left. We will not be returning any time soon. Maybe the chef was having a rough night, and maybe it was a fluke but it has left a bad taste in our mouth.

Atmosphere is nice and the menu is relatively large. Thats where the good parts end. Service is almost nonexistent and the food is mediocre at best. They make you ask for everything (I.e. the soup that is supposed to be included with their salad bar) and they take their sweet time brining it to you. Extra napkins: 15 minutes, extra dinnerware: never brought, dinner: 45+ minutes, from the time we sit until waitress came to order drinks: 20 minutes. Simply unacceptable. Not the worst place I have ever been, but by no means the best either.
