1st time at this place. The food is HORRIBLE!!! Breakfast very excited to try a new place. Ate 1/4 of my meal. The pancakes are dry, like made in the morning and reheated, eggs were wet, toast was covered in way too much butter, home fries were gross. Bacon I asked for crispy, came basically uncooked. I asked for sausage and she brought extra soggy bacon. Then made up for soggy bacon by bringing burnt bacon and said maybe this will make you happy. I told waitress, who as it turns out is a manager about the issues and she laughed then quickly took the uneaten food from our table. She brought the bill as if I had eaten as was happy with the food. The owner took $5 off the bill for eating 1/4 of my food. Unacceptable! Avoid this place for one of the many other diners in Phoenixville area. I have complained 2x in my life about bad food. This place is that bad!

I went to the Penn Diner last night with my boyfriend and my stepson who is 18 months old. We arrived around 7:30, and for a while we were the only customers there. Everyone working was extremely kind and attentive, and the diner was very clean. We were absolutely thrilled to find out that they serve breakfast all day! My boyfriend ordered the Sunrise Special, I ordered two eggs with homefries and sausage, and my stepson got an order of silver dollar pancakes with sausage. The only one to receive sausage was my boyfriend. The only part of our order that actually came out to us warm was my boyfriends homefries. Everything else was almost cold, despite our food being served rather quickly. None of our food was bad, but we wouldnt consider it good. It was a nice restaurant, but we will not be eating at the Penn Diner again.

I used to always frequent the Phoenix Diner. The owners were always there and they had great food and top notch service. I havent seen the owners in a while and the service and food quality have been dropping ever since. They seem to have a problem toasting the bread almost every time. (it comes out more like bread than toast) Even when I ask for it extra toasted it never is. Often something is wrong with me meal and I have to send it back. The wait staff sits in the front a lot talking loudly amongst themselves a lot and I usually have to ask for drink refills of flag someone down if I need something. It didnt used to be like this at all. If you are in Phoenixville and want great food and EXCELLENT service, I recommend Joes Cafe on Bridge Street. Thats where I go now.

This is my familys first visit to this beautiful restaurant. Its a tiny bit off the beaten path but were attending today because of a FREE Thanksgiving dinner that they funded completely themselves. This is a tough time for my family after losing our home to a fire so its especially important to us. The community needs to recognize them for their generosity and kindness. Please visit and patronize this fine establishment. You wont be disappointed.

Enjoyed a meal with 10 other men and everyone ordered something different, all came out cooked perfectly. My turkey wrap was made with real turkey, fresh carved and I added bacon which was cooked perfectly and they didnt skimp. Healthy portion of fries and great waitress service. The Owner or GM was very accommodating to our group, hoping they open later hours as Pville needs a late night spot for coffee and breakfast.

Very unpredictable portions. One time your plate will be overflowing with home fries, the next visit youll barely have any. This is with ordering the same exact meal.

Staff couldnt give less of a **** about you or their job, but that was probably caused by managements poor performance. Place is closed down permanently supposedly.

Food and services were just OK. Food was a bit dry or watery/smothered in gravy. Service was quick, though it was empty when we went.
