These people do not appreciate business. They took forever to wait on me because they seriously thought I was going to end my phone conversation to order my lunch. Pause yes, end it....no! Im in customer service and you I would NEVER not wait on someone because they were on the phone. Life is busy and I was on my lunch break and that was the only time I had to make that call during business hours. Your better off going somewhere they appreciate your business at. The manager is no better than the rest of the crew. Called to complain and she said well you were on your phone so we didnt know if you wanted anything. Lok...Guess thats why I was sitting there looking at you with a menu in my hand. The world is changing and these people cant keep up. Save yourself the headache of slow service, rude waitresses and fairly high priced food. Go somewhere else!

Im from NYC and I had a routine that I ate at my corner diner every morning and had my delicious bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I am currently living here in PA and I must admit upon running into Keystone restaurant I felt back at home. My sandwich was back in found my long lost love again. The staff there is very good and kind and the owner is genuine and very friendly. Love this place Im a loyal customer for as long as Im here..

I WISH THERE WERE MORE STARS, SOME GREAT MEMORIES. TEDDY,MA ARE MISSED EVERY TIME I STOP IN I THINK OF "MA" PEELING POTATOES FOR FRIES WITH A PAIRING KNIFE & CARRYING THAT HUGE POT FULL OF BOILING WATER TO THE BACK TO RINSE THE POTATOES & THEN THERE WAS TEDDY TEASING AND BUSTING EVERYONES ASS. We waited over a hour for our food and only ordered fries and burgers they need to have more help and also need to be taught how to use the correct way to handle food we finally got our food and it looked disgusting so we sent it back and then my ribeye came back rare when i order it medium and they still charged us for everything worst experience ever

Daughter bought the sweatshirt. She is a SUPERFAN of The Office and had to see Scranton. Corned Beef Hash was a surprise. They soak their potatoes in a garlic butter that makes them outstanding. Hole in the wall spot locals love. Made us feel at home.

We love the keystone restaurants it is one of.our favorite restaurant to eat at loves 7. the food we also love the waitress there they all are very good and friendly. They should sell salad to the waitress there are wonderful and very pleasant

Finally took everyones advice and went here for breakfast. My wife had the Keystone breakfast and I had a fried egg and cheese on a bagel. Both were top-notch diner food. AWESOME staff.
