We have been going there for years and really have enjoyed exceptional food and service every time. This time there was a very noticeable difference in service and the food and not in a good way. We were seated and a server we have had in the past took our drink order and and told us that our server would be Joanne. We had walked past Joanne when we were seated. Joane was having a conversation with customers at a booth two tables behind us. We could hear that the entire conversation was personal not work related which is not a problem if she was still doing her job but we waited at least 10 minutes before she came over to take our order after explaining that this was not usually her table and they were short staffed. The 3 regular servers that we recognized were moving quickly as they had in the past but Joanne did not. Worst service we ever had. The atmosphere was different in the diner. The owners were not there and I dont ever remember them not being there. They ran an awesome group of servers who all stepped up to fill glasses, remove empty plates as they walked by even though it wasnt their table. That comes from good management. Something has changed and when we asked the cashier if the diner had sold to new owners recently, we got a strange look and were asked "how recent ". This was our favorite diner but I think we are going to take a few months off to see if they can get it together. One last thing. The table next to us had a water leak from ac vent so they put an open tray on the floor with no signage. A family was sat there and got dripped on so they were moved. The hostess then sat another family there until we told them about the leak. How and why didnt she know? That would not have happened with the previous owners. Okay I am done. Right now I would not recommend the diner but we will give it some time because of the history and good experience we have had. I hope they can get training and get back to what has made it one of the best diners in the valley.

the food is disgusting. ordered a burger and fries, a beef gyro and mile high meatloaf. the burger was burnt on the outside and raw inside and the fries were cooked in old grease and smelled like it. the gyro was... ok and the meatloaf came out undercooked and cold. The server was very rude and not helpful. and she did not ask if we needed anything, and no offers to refill any soft drink or coffee/tea during our visit. First time here and definitely the last time. would not recommend to anyone.

Ive never had an issue here until i ordered a "strawberry" milkshake and the owners mother in law who is always there was rude and yelled in my face and said you cant just order something and then not want it just cuz you dont like it. Any other resturant politely says ok and removes it from the bill. Our waitor however was polite. And barbra is the best waitress there but unfortunately she isnt here tonight.

We stopped here on our way home from Blue Mountain late night on a Sunday. We were seated right away and had excellent service. The hot Chocolate warmed your soul it was so delicious. For my meal I had the Chilli and Open faced Roast Beef. Both were very tasty. I took home the Homemade Apple Dumpling which was very good as well but wish I wouldve eaten there served hot with ice cream.

Service is excellent, the place is very clean and nicely decorated. Its just the food is boring. Typical diner fair that tastes like it was spooned out of the can and put into the microwave. Taste is bland and if I didnt know better i would think I was in a dutch resteraunt. Ok place if your right there, starving and arent looking for a 4 star meal.

Every time I come this diner, the service is great and the food is great. I highly recommend this diner. Ive been to almost every diner in the Lehigh Valley, and this is by far the best one. From the modern interior to the excellent food (for a diner) you wont be disappointed.

For starters when you go to a diner and spend 15.00 and get cold fries and Luke warm fish the server comes back and tells you they do not have vinegar. Then they tell you here folk over your money its what you ordered. I will never be back. If I could give no stars I would.

Just got home from breakfast here. Was extremely happy with the service and would certainly go back again. The food was delicious and a good size for the cheap price. And my waitress was awesome with checking in and making sure I had everything I needed.

This was a very impressive restaurant. Every inch of this place was spotless. The menu offered a large variety of items, fairly priced. The food was delicious and the wait time was good. Its right off the main road so its easy to get to.

This is probably the best diner in the area. The food is always good, prices arent bad, and the waiters are almost always super friendly. Family friendly atmosphere. The best time to go is breakfast, their pancakes are awesome.

The omelette was good but the home fries i would not write home about. ...Nothing more than grated potatoes. Tasteless. The waitress puts everything at the end of the table.. silverware...napkins.. etc.. set your own table..

Decent food horrible service. Again. I understand it is only a table of two but they should be treated as a table of ten. Especially when the guest used to be a server. Ive learned my lesson and will not return.

Food is great, prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Ive had many different things off the menu and have had no complaints. Most of the desserts are made in house and well worth a try!

This place is so much better then another dinner in Whitehall. Cleaner fancier. Food is amazing. They are alot cleaner but when I was there sour table was dirty. The dishes and silverware are clean.

Last time I ate there I got hair in my food, they replaced it to go, and found hair in my to go too!!! The waitress was not friendly. They are not very accommodating for large parties.

My wife and I come here almost every Saturday for breakfast. The staff is always friendly and we never had a bad meal. Blueberry pancakes and the biscuits and gravy are my favorites.
