Terrible service I recommend making your own chicken. The staff was VERY rude to my wife. They messed up our order and tried to tell her they couldnt do anything about it. After a lengthy and passive aggressive phone conversation they agreed to replace the food. Then after driving 10 minutes to put to bed and belly our dinner they made us wait 20 minutes because they had "Customers." Im not sure if the restaurant is corporate or franchise but someone should do some investigating and immediate restaffing. The colonel would be very disappointed they are finger flickin terrible. Dont waste your time money or patience it is just not worth it.

We had a terrible customer service experience at this location. We went inside and had to wait 20 minutes because they didnt have biscuits ready to go and then once they did they filled their orders in reverse order instead of starting with the people who had only waited 5 minutes instead of even the people in front of us who had been there a whole 30 minutes waiting for their food. The staff was unapologetic and rude. We certainly will refrain from going to this location again.

The store was clean. We were the only customers in the store at the time. The employees were very cheerful. One employee, working the chicken fryer was having too much fun and even causing another employee to stress out a little. Otherwise we enjoyed our food and dining experience.
