Horrible service. Went inside to order bc the drive thru line was really long. Took more than 5 minutes to order my food. Then I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get the food. Literally the ppl who came in after me were getting their food before me. They also forgot I was supposed to get a drink & I had to remind them. The place was filthy too. I wont be going back. The food isnt that good.

This is the 3rd time in a row my order was screwed up. And all three times it was for carry out. I ordered the extra crispy and got SOGGY, SOFT tenders. And they forgot my dipping sauce AGAIN. I never have any problems at other KFCs only the one in butler. Three strikes, youre OUT!!
