Get to the drive thru at 820pm. Waited 10 minutes and noone ever tried to take my order. Beeped a couple times and yelled into the speaker.....Nothing. I would have gave up but I had my kids with me who love the chicken so we decide to go in. Wait about 10.m9re minutes before they decide to take our order. 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Ask for regular chicken strip "Aint got none, we only gots da spicy strips" huh? Your a Popeyes Chicken for Christs sake, shouldnt you have chicken?? Ok, so we change to order to a 4 peice regular for the kids. Proceed to wait another 15 minutes while the biscuits cook. Shouldnt they have the cooked already??? What the heck??? Get our food and leave only to find we are locked in, 1 of the employees seems frustrated she has to let us out, like it was taking time from her already busy workday of not taking orders and selling chicken they dont have. Get home, open the box and wouldnt ya know it, only 2 pieces of chicken. Check the receipt and yep, we ordered and paid for 4 peices. Call and guess what, straight to voicemail! I Have no clue how on Gods green earth this place is open to the public. Ive had bad experiences before at places, but they just seemed like practice leading up to this place. Oh yeah, they had no BBQ, mustard, or ranch packs. For the love of all things holy, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

Absolute worst service I have experienced. If you ask a question about the food while ordering (it was my first time at Popeyes) you wont get an answer and rather laughed at. Food is okay, if it ever gets to you. Sat there for about 10-15+ minutes without being served, until someone, of the 10 staff there, who wasnt even on the clock finally asked if we had been served. The kitchen forgot about us, and we were the only 3 in the store! Half the staff was in the lobby having social hour, until the "manager" who didnt really manage anything said something, so they all went out for 5 minutes, just for most of them to come back in, one bringing a cigarette in with him and smoking in the restaurant. A woman came in while we were eating, and they ignored her trying to order and just talked to each other for 5 or so minutes. It seemed there was no order or management, it was complete chaos. The only worker that was worth anything was the one that forced our food to come out, the rest were not there to work at all. There were no accessible paper towels anywhere, so no where to wipe my hands after using the bathroom. Worst ran restaurant I have ever been to.

This was an horrible experience. The staff was slow and rude. The lady at the register was supper rude and made me feel like it was an inconvenience in her life to take my order. She wouldnt even take off her sunglasses . They were out of everything we wanted including drinks the had only 4 options to choose from. The hole place was covered in dirt and dust. The floor was so sticky and gross. The tables were sticky and dirty stuff laying on all of them and the garbeges were all over flowing. I had to use the restroom and it was just as gross. The floors were a mess the sink was covered in dirt and neither of the doors locked I felt very uncomfortable. I love Popeyes chicken and will go out of my way to get there delicious food but if this was the only Popeyes out there I would never eat there good again. They werent busy at all maby 5 people and it took over 15 min to get a 3 pc tender meal. I dont normally complain but this was to much gross and rude to not tell about. I wasnt happy with my experience.

Worst service Ive ever had in my life!!! We ordered two small meals. Sat there for OVER A HALF HOUR waiting and watched at least 6 full orders get filled, ate and those customers leave after eating their meals and still never got our food. (This was not during rush hour either!!!) My boyfriend had to go back to the counter in an attempt to get our money back before we even got our food. On top of that the entire dining area was beyond disgusting!! Every single table, seating, counter space and floor was covered in filth!!!!Employees paid no regard to the area, even while they themselves were sitting in the room. Do not go to this Popeyes unless you enjoy wasting your time and possibly your money!!!!!

Service is slow and bordering on rude, chicken is overcooked and dry, dining room and restrooms are very dirty - garbage and food on the floor and on the tables, trash cans overflowing, etc. There were 10 employees in the kitchen, no other customers in line inside and only one car in the drive through and it still took almost 5 minutes for an employee to show up to take our order. No napkins or utensils available to get for yourself, so you have to stand at the counter waiting forever to get the attention of the employees, who will act like youre asking for too much when you just want a spoon and more than one napkin. We wont be back to this location.

This place needs shut down! Have been to many other Popeyes but this location was beyond horrible! Place was out of almost everything. No sides other than mashed potatoes, no shrimp, no chicken tenders. There were no napkins, straws or Ice. I felt like my family should of just thrown $30 in the garbage can & walked out because that is basically what we got. Garbage. There is no excuse for this kind of service. Employees were unapologetic to all the customers that had to continually come to the counter for items that were empty. Not to mention the facility was filthy and the ceiling leaked! Stay away!! If you want Popeyes go to a different location!

Absolutely terrible! They were out of about 4 different sides when we ordered. They also neglected to tell us only 2 types of pop were available at the fountain until we paid for 3 pops. There was no ice in the machine, and it was leaking everywhere. My order was made wrong and my chicken was all dry. The lobby and restrooms were absolutely disgusting. There were no locks on the stalls, both toilets were clogged, and the only roll of toilet paper was sitting on the ground. The employees were clearly standing around in the back talking, not caring what state their restraunt was in. That was my first visit to Popeyes, and will probably be my last!

This place was AWFUL. Staff were very friendly, with fast service, but the food was HORRIBLE. It was cold. When you walk in, you immediately see mounds of chicken piled high, under a heat lamp. The lamps do not keep the food warm, as, at best, the chicken was room temp. I wouldnt be surprised when I leave here, after taking 5 bites, I get food poisoning. There were no napkins or forks/spoons out. While ordering The owners family came in and went behind the counter to get a drink and then the owner came out from behind the counter and sat at a table to feed her small child mashed potatoes. NEVER AGAIN.
