Ive Never had a bad meal at Velvet Cafe. The staff is friendly and its a nice family environment. The food is decently priced and tastes great! There are a lot of options without being too overwhelming like some diners are. The deserts are also good and so is the Hersheys ice cream :) I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area or who lives near and is looking for somewhere new to eat.

Ate here a few times. Ice cream is great (i dont think you can screw that up) Old school type dining. Highly recommend the Creamed Chicken over Waffles or the Monte Cristo.... Delicious! Had a chicken parm sandwich the bread was a little rubbery like it was microwaved but after talking to the current and ex staff, probably an isolated event.

Love this place. Friendly staff and they know how to deal with a cranky toddler who wants to sit on her older brother (the birthday boys) lap and wants everying she sees. :) They made my 26th birthday pleasant and memorable.
