I love Chinese Delight. Ive been going there for about five years... usually once a week. My wife and I now know the staff -- a great group of people -- and they are always asking about our other friends when they arent around. The food is reasonably priced, they deliver (usually very quickly), but I prefer eating in the restaurant. Its just a small one-room dining room, nothing special, but the fried noodles are good (and restocked as needed), as is the duck sauce. They remember what we like, and are sure to always keep our water glasses full. I recommend Chinese Delight unflinchingly to family, friends and coworkers both because I think the food is great and because I want the business to succeed.

Ordered a VERY simple order. A quart of white rice, a quart of plain lomein noodles, a Chinese pizza, and egg drop soup. How does a Chinese restaurant forget to send WHITE. FREAKING. RICE?!? I call them and they say they wont bring it because theyre "too busy" but said they would "look into it and potentially offer a refund". They werent too busy to take the money in the first place, and I dont want the $2 back, I want what I ordered. The rest of the meal was mediocre at best. Everything was Luke warm, mostly tasteless, I guess the upside was that the food matched the customer service and general competence perfectly. 1/10 would not order from again.

If I had a choice they wouldnt get one star. I thought I could have a nice sit down lunch instead I saw a mouse roaming freely thru the eating area and immediately stopped eating and told the waitress...het reply "well its an old building, u know?!"...I had nothing else to say I paid my bill and left w/o finishing my food. Dont get me wrong the staff was not great but they were ok but Old building or not thats UNACCEPTABLE in a place that serves food. I understand that things like this probably occur in other restaurants but Im sure its never in front of guest and with that response.

I called in to place an order, the lady was yelling at me the whole time. She doesn’t have the patience to take my order. She didn’t ask me if I want it delivered or picked up or if I want to pay credit card or cash, etc.. bottom line is, she is so rude and doesn’t know what she is doing. And then, when I got my order, I noticed a bug included in the pork fried rice, it was disgusting! Considering that they have a bad customer service, I didn’t even bother to call them about it cause I don’t want to be yelled at again. This place sucks! NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

They were so rude, it was laughable. Literally. I just started laughing. Without making eye contact, she mumbled something about chop-sticks. I said, "Its OK how it is." Still without eye contact, she literally barked back, "Yes or no?!" I just laughed. Insanity. Hahaha! Oh, and the food all tastes the same. Maybe all Chinese food does. I dont know. Im not cultured. My wife loves it though, and makes me order it all the time. Margaret Quos tonight, for the first time. Well see. I know they are pricey. Freakin Wayne.

This place is under rated. The quality of their Chicken is great, unlike some places where it seems like youre getting the worst parts of the chicken (or just pile of doe). The rest of the food is as you would expect. Also the lunch special prices are the best you can find! The establishment could use a bit of a cosmetic update though, and perhaps they can bring something unique/authentic that other places do not offer.

My kitchen was being remodeled...took 9 months (another story) Would deliver promptly...always extra plates, cutlery, sauce...Made having a temporary kitchen set up in a very small room bearable...having nothing but fridge and microwave...I find it hard to believe the rating included with horrible comments...Always courteous to our family...EVERY time we called... Thank you!!!

The worst food I have ever experienced. Any who one who cares his or her health and dignity is strongly recommended to avoid this restaurant. The customer service person and a lady who answers the customers calls is the rudest person I ever seen. There is no any sign of respect to customer in their business. The food is unhealthy and delivery person smells sweat.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called to place and order and was told to deliver my order must be at least $25 because they were too busy! When I told them I was very dissatisfied and that I would not order the woman laughed and said "okay, no problem. Bye". Poor service and a poor way of doing business. Highly recommend choosing another place.

had to go to this restaurant 2 times.... found it as the nearest option for chinese.... awful food service.... rude and discourteous management... literally threw the plate towards us while serving in the restaurant.... will never ever go to this restaurant.... and beware.... dont ever make the mistake of going to this awful restaurant....

Delivery is always timely apart from the normal rush periods you would expect a wait. Food is decent. For the reviews of pests found in food...fine dining even battles roaches and mice. When ordering over the phone sometimes its rushed and impolite but...I am not paying for that. Over all...decent.

Ive been going to this restaurant for over 10 years but will not be going again. On Saturday, 9/13/08, I ordered about $30.00 of take out and while eating at home, found a roach in my food. Disgusted, I went back and returned all the food and was given a refund. Beware. Bill in Wayne

I frequently order from this Chinese resturant. Delivery is exceptionally fast and we have never had a problem with order accuracy. Very great lunch menu and very reasonably priced dinner menu. Everything is always hot still and tastes great. Highly satisfied.

Customer service sucks. when you call to place your order, they dont even have patience to listen what u want, all they do is simply yell. The food i got from there today was very bad and it has some bad smell to it as well. Will never buy food from here.

Not a good choice if you are looking for a variety of food. But this is ok for a neighborhood restaurant. This is ok if you have no other choice. To be noted, the staff are really good and the food arrives in less than 5 mins :)

I called for delivery and the lady said it had to be at least 30$. I was about 12 mins away. Food wasnt as good as other places Ive gone previously. They charge for extra tip and delivery fee separately.

awful. the staff are rude and snotty and delivery takes ages. the food is good but if you wait a hour and still dont get the food well... definitely not worth the wait.

Hard to find fast AND cheap AND good quality. Plentiful portions too. I always get take-out for lunch and it takes precisely 10 min.

I visited only once and the restaurant looked dirty; fingerprints on the walls and gross looking carpet. Ill never go back.
