I was at Yard House KOP this week for a friends and family "soft opening" event. I kind of expected that there would be some confusion and a less-than-perfect experience because all the cooks and hospitality staff were working together as a team for their first trial run with real customers. What I didnt expect was perfection! The food was delicious and perfectly prepared, the service was friendly and classy - and this was not just our experience. Several of my friends also went on different days and times and we all had the similarly great impressions. Kudos to the Yard House local managers and also the experienced managers we met from all over the USA who came in to make this new restaurant run like clockwork! This our new go-to favorite - we are already planning what to eat and drink on our next visit! Definitely go - you will not be disappointed! TIP: Preview the menu online- beer and food - its a huge menu and everything will look good so it might take you a while to decide on what to have!

I took my best friend for her birthday. The food was ok, but it could have been better. The manager of the restaurant was awesome, he went above and beyond to correct the issue. He cared so much about his workers and customers. He gave us choices until we found something that was to out liking. When it was over and done they gave her birthday wishes with desert and took care of our check. I only paid for drinks and a tip. The staff and waiters were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing, fun, and made you wanna dance, all while watching all sports. Id definitely go back anytime and for any event. The drinks were perfect and I loved all the selection of beers they have.

Perhaps good as sports bar, but not my favorite place choice for takeout and food. I was not very impressed with the way takeout order was handled and food was just OK in my opinion. Online menu with prices "Starting at" seems to be very obscure without any indication of portion/protein up charge details. My food ratings Nashville Chicken & Southern Fried Chicken (both I would rate 2.5/5 - just average), Spicy Jambalaya (4/5 - decent). Just seems like alot of other options around and takeout doesnt appear to be their top priority.

Spontaneously, popped in to the KOP Yard House and it passes test. The food and service were great. It missed 5 Stars because of the lack of an Oktoberfest beer. My first visit to a Yard House was in Waikiki 2009. I was amazed that I was drinking my favorite beer Spaten Oktoberfestbier 2500 miles into the Pacific Ocean. Now Im 10 miles from home and not a single Oktoberfest in sight. I know the Moorestown Yard House doesnt have one either. Thats a major beer category unrepresented and a major oversight.

My wife and I went to the Yard House Friends and Family event today. We had an excellent experience... And not just because out meal was free. Sarah was out server... She did an awesome job. She helped us make out food and drink selections. She checked back many times assuring we didnt need refills and to assure out dining experience was nothing less than perfect. Thank-you Yard House for the free meal... & thank-you Sarah for the great hospitality that made our dining experience superb.

Happy hour specials are awesome!!!!! Host was very nice when we walked in. Very personable. Drinks were good! My bf loved his beer and I got the Hawaii five o! Then we got the crab cakes as an appetizer which were super delicious. For entrees we got the Mac and cheese squared and the penne chicken! I got the small lunch size which was HUGE!! almost as big as my bfs regular size. We have plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Service was great!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I never write reviews, but I felt the restaurant was so deserving of a rave review. We got fried cheese curds, California roll, fried chicken and the gardein blackened chicken sandwich. Wonderful array of vegetarian options. Food and service both impeccable. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

It was my first time at yard house and the service was amazing. The host was nice had a lot of energy when I walked in, laquana, Aubrey, and Makueda had beautiful smiles. Kiona my server gave me a great choice in a martini to try and it was nice and fruity. Overall excellent service keep up the good work. I will come back soon.

Pleasantly surprised! Service was top notch. Great beer selection and our server made some good recommendations. 4 beer flight/sampler is a nice option. Crispy Brussel sprouts with potatoes was insanely good app. Jambalaya entree with spicy rice was delicious too. Well definitely be back. Better experience than City Works.

Food was awesome and we have always had a great experience at Yard House. First time our edamame app took a crazy long time to come out and without any demands or complaints from us, the mgr comped it. The Nashville chicken was amazing and if you need a heavy dose of comfort food, this is the way to go.

Beer glass was still warm from the washing machine and it seems they dont pre rinse the glass prior to pour. The beer went flat fast Tap list is impressive! Ordered the pepperoni mushrooms pizza. Hasnt arrived yet but its only been 9 minutes. Hope its good! 17 minutes on the pizza. Its very good.

We always love the Yard House every time we come! Had an issue with something being put on a burger that we requested not to be, and not only was our server super diligent in making sure we were satisfied but the manager completely comped our bill. So attentive and nice, and delicious food.

Waiter needs more Customer service training. It was my 71st birthday celebration with my daughter and 2 grand children. My grandsons burger had to be sent back, we had to request sugar, and we were never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. It was not a good first time visit.

The service was very slow and food was average. If you are near this Yard House, just go to Cityworks in King of Prussia Town. Better food and more descriptive beer menu. The happy hour deals are nice, but our service was too slow for us to take advantage of them.

Service was excellent. My wifes meal came out a few minutes later than the rest of our party. The manager came over and offered to buy the meal for us. In addition, our waitress said her next drink was on the house. Food and atmosphere was also great.

Absolutely horrible service!!!!!! took almost two and a half hours to be seated 45 minutes to get the first round of drinks an hour to order appetizers got to the restaurant at 540 didnt leave until 1010!!!!! Never again!!!!!

Attentive staff with a copious amount of beer taps. Menu has a great variety of small plates to filling entrees. It does get crowded here and there can be a bit of a wait for a table but its worth it.

Food and atmosphere is great kid friendly. But their service still lacks in my opinion 4 time here in two months and service is still very slow but good is great and beer selection is great.
