This place is very inconsistent. Ive been going here once or twice a week as its a nearby healthy option for lunch. I realize its still a fairly new location in King of Prussia, but Id say 2 out of 3 times, my order is botched. I typically order an EL Guapo w/ Chicken Breast and w/o bacon for take out - one time I got an overcooked turkey burger instead, two times my sandwich had bacon even though the order receipt makes it clear that it shouldnt have bacon. Today, the bottom of the roll was completely ripped in half and it was totally obvious that they tried to put it back together before they wrapped it up. How much would it have cost to put it on a new roll? Also, a large salad to-go is somehow a lot smaller than a large salad that you get when eating there. Maybe not purposely, but if its not on purpose, then the employees need better training. The employees often seem confused when trying to match order slips with the plates. My bet is that if they keep this up, theyre going to see a big drop in business - especially once Honey Grow and other places open up in the shopping center.

Spent $30 on one order of sweet potato fries, one fountain drink, one milkshake, and two burgers. I have a coupon for Wendys here in front of me for more food than that for $8. I dont mind spending more for quality food and I think most people would agree with me. The origin of the ingredients are all very obviously labeled next to to the giant menu above where the register is located. For me the burger was nothing special. It was cooked right, but I couldnt taste the ingredients and there was no lasting impression. I can equate it to eating gluten free bread or cheese and not knowing its gluten free. Overall the deliciousness was lacking and the price was too high. Also, the ketchup tasted like tomato sauce and I didnt like that surprise one bit.

I visited this place August 17, 2017 around 1pm and was very disappointed. I am surprised by the comments about the friendly staff, because this was definitely not the case the day I visited. Hopefully management is looking at these posts. The tables and common areas were never cleaned and the man at the registered seemed irritated that he had to stop texting and take orders. Then they couldnt get the order right with what was being place on the pick-up counter. The food was so-so. Good concept that I have seen work well in other places like Joes Farm Grill in Gilbert, AZ. Management here seems to be hands off and this place is going to run itself into the ground.

Amazing burgers, made even better by knowing that the cattle and all the produce needed come from nearby! Beef burger is amazing, turkey burger is more flavorful than it has any right to be, and the baked sweet potato fries are unusual and delicious. Companions have gotten the chicken and enjoyed it greatly as well. Topping options are good, and staff is always willing to make substitutions. The wait can be a little long, but its totally worth it. Patio seating is very pleasant for the more clement months. Oh, and even if you usually pass on drinks to go with your meal, do yourself a favor and make an exception - the rosemary lemonade is astounding.

I want to like this place because I love the concept, but every time I eat here I am disappointed. The food is not tasty, and expensive for something that does not taste good. I love health food, the "healthiness" of this is not why I dont like it. The service is extremely slow and I have not experienced helpful staff. The last time I went there I ordered a smoothie and was disappointed to see that they were using canned pineapple in my 7 dollar smoothie. Dont waste your time or money eating here.

First time at any B. Good. The food was tasty, moderately priced and we enjoyed it. I will say that the service/staff was the stand out of the experience. It wasnt a busy night when we stopped in (which probably helps) but everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We were even given a free chocolate shake at the end...? I was impressed already and that just topped it off. Will be going back next time in the area!

We paid $40 for two burgers and a kids meal and then waited 20 minutes watching some crackhead girl roaming around aimlessly in the kitchen while two or three people actually worked. The burgers were cold and bland and the fries were terrible and mushy. Considering this latest iteration of a "local-grown-non-gmo-natural-grass-fed-blah-blah" burger joint is next door to the KOP mall, I suggest the get their act together.

Do you remember that feeling when you were a kid and instead of doing something fun you stayed in and studied? Thats what this place is like. Sure, maybe I can feel like I "did the right thing" by being socially responsible about eating local healthier alternatives; but only at the cost of flavor. If you enjoy small portions, long waits, moderately high prices and extremely bland food, then this is the place for you!

b.good has become my go to place to eat when feeling the urge to "eat healthy" it proves you dont have to give up taste to do that! Staff is phenomenal, choices are amazing - favorite is roasted butternut squash salad, go crazy get sweet potato fries and roasted Brussels sprouts SO GOOD. Get their app and join - new gifts appear ALL the time it seems I have tried catering service too- also AWESOME

Gave them a second chance. Poor and rude service continues. Asked that the second thing I order be made 10 min later (for a coworker back at the office) so it wouldnt be cold. They didnt listen. Everything is just thrown on the plate-nothing like watching an employee walk past thier filthy drink station and leave it that way for 15 min so far. Wont come back. Theres clearly a lack of management.

Toasted Almonds and Ginger bowl with chicken very good.. Ladies dont need chicken because you wont finish. Turkey burger quite good, Chicken burger good. Fries better than expected considering they are baked. Sweet potato fries should perhaps be cooked longer too soft but tasted ok. Root beer awesome! No paper in the washroom so take a napkin to open the door on your way out.

Tried this place for the first time today and was very glad I did! Not only is the food fresh and locally sourced, but it was delicious. Had the Adopted Luke burger as a veggie burger and was very happy with it. Also it was very clean and the staff seemed like they were in a good mood, very pleasant experience. I plan to return and try some of the other things on the menu.

Ordered a turkey burger, it was overcooked, the only flavor was in the sauce. Horrible service. Three people in my party, my burger did not come when the others didnt asked about it and were told it would be brought to us. We had to get up a second time and the same person we spoke with had no idea what we were talking about.

Mushy food, stale rolls, and some of the worst fries I have ever had. The place is just a big cement room that echos. It is extremely loud/crowded and hard to hear when they call your name to let you know your food is ready. They were also out of ketchup. Overall not a good experience and I should have stuck with Wegmans.
