This review is long overdue: The dining experience was not that great. The floor was messy like it hadnt been swept all day and after people left, their dishes, etc were left on the table for what seemed like forever. It seemed to be only cleaned off when a table was needed to seat more guests (under-staffed or just lazy staff?). And then there was the TV which is the reason I will NEVER be going back to any Red Robin (or if I do go back it wont be this one). The Little League game was on and I decided to watch a bit of it while I waited for my food. When I got my food I began to eat and didnt bother with the TV. After a few bites (the mushroom burger - or whatever it was called - wasnt that bad) I look back up at the TV to catch some more of the game, but to my horror there was a deer with its rear end facing the camera giving VAGINAL BIRTH! I wish I could say I was lying, but Im not! Shocked, all I did was stare at the TV as this deer gave the bloodiest birth I had ever seen to its baby. I looked around at the other patrons who were either not facing the TV I was facing, or absorbed in their conversations to notice. I even looked at the bus-girl TWICE who HAD to have seen the screen at some point and she completely ignored me. I was too shocked to speak! Then Jack Hannahs face appeared and I solemnly looked down at my burger and shortly thereafter paid and left without saying a word. Under any other circumstance I probably would have been able to tolerate a birthing video. Not while Im eating.

Worst service ever. "AmyF" was our waitress, sat down, ordered after 15 minutes and nothing for another 20 minutes, meanwhile another table seated and served drinks. We had to then ask for water, got the water and thats it. Meanwhile the other table of 4 gets their food. We are still sitting there with just WATER, no appetizers we ordered or even the fries. Meanwhile Amy walks by us numerous times almost trying not to make eye contact while helping all the tables around us (not that busy on a Monday around 3pm). Brought this up to another worker, had to finally get the manager Frank to help us. While frank helped and was nice the waitress really put us in a horrible mood, the last thing that should happen going into a restaurant. Why would we go back after leaving there feeling the way we did? They didnt even offer anything, like sorry for the poor experience here is 10% off... something!?! No, nothing but the full bill. Never again. Shame because we do love the food, the Red Robin in Hershey, PA was outstanding In every way!

I walked in with my daughter and attempted to place a to go order and the girl says immediately that my daughter cant sit there, despite her seeing me tell my daughter to get down. I then said she is not sitting here as Im telling my daughter to get off chair and she repeats herself. I got her down myself and went to manager who goes to explain the liquor license but I didnt ask this. I figured because it was a bar she couldnt sit there and when I said the first time we werent going to be sitting there and you see me getting my daughter down, that should have been it. Thus was my first time going and I walked out without experiencing the food. I will not go to this location ever.

Went to eat here during a busy Friday night. Could not be happier. The food took a little bit to come out but the manager on deck noticed we had to wait and brought us a free side of fries. Also our waitress took care of making sure our drinks were filled and all the care was taken to make sure we were served and happy. Positive place, Frank the manager is an awesome guy. Taking care of his staff. Our waitress was Jacqui. And she was cheerful and very helpful. Will be coming back for repeat business.

Who wouldnt consider? Compared to other places: probably one of the best burgers (and selection), at equal/lower prices than most, with a decent selection of beer. The only somewhat-negative mark for this location is that it could have been designed to have a better pub-style side (while downplaying the family theme therein). With that, snobbery aside, it would definitely be better than the majority of the pub-theme places out here.

Food isnt memorable at all, theres so many flavors in their burgers that it all mixes together to taste like nothing special. My family and I have gone there multiple times and Ive been unhappy every time, Ive tried to give it a chance but it really is gross. The floors are often littered with food and the screaming kid thing is a big problem here. My mom had her burger undercooked twice, I wouldnt go here if I were you.

This place is very loud, and youre seated right on top of one another. The tables have a lot of crap on them - mini menu thing, tablet thing to entertain you so you dont have to talk to the people youre sitting with... it is overwhelming. Food is good however, and theres a lot to choose from. Theres even decent vegetarian options. The (non-alcoholic) drinks are expensive, but theyre bottomless, so thats good I guess.

Eating here is like visiting a Game Stop. From the time you enter your bombarded with sales attempts. Plus they are currently running a server competition to see which gets the most "yumm"s after forcing the customer to take a survey after they pay. Waiter really pushed this, even more so than a Game Stop employee pushing game protection. After survey we didnt even see him again. Guess he was done with us.

Had lunch on Sunday. Arrived at 11am and no wait. Service was fast and friendly. Boneless wings were spicy but not overly spicy. Burgers were very good and cooked to temperature ordered. Bottomless Drinks & Fries were good and we were offered multiple times for refills. There were alot of good desserts and milkshakes but we were too full to try any. Next time we will have to try dessert.

burgers are ok but not worth the price thier asking,could make better burgers myself and allot cheaper,dont get the macaronni side dish,it was way too rubbery and over cooked !waitresses have poor customer service skills,instead of asking me if i wanted to be seated two waitresses only asked if i was just ok???shakes arent bad ,but $4.00 for a small glass come on now ???

So good I became a member. My kids love thier food and even my son who will not eat anything eats burgers here. Not in the mood for burgers try the fish and chips. These are not your normal fish sticks they are large pieces of fish. Forget the tarter sauce try the with hot sauce.

This is the worst Red Robin Ive ever visited and I will never go back. Our waitress was awful. Food was cold, undercooked and took 45 minutes to come out. During that 45 minutes the waitress didnt stop by once. Do yourself a favor and go to the Red Robin in Bensalem.

One of our favorites... Lots of choices. Love the fact you can get your burger with a roll, lettuce wrapped, or gluten free. Interchangeable unlimited sides include steak fries, side salad, broccoli, just to name a few.
