Coming from out of town, I wanted something from somewhere I recognized. Hmm Qdobe! We eat there a lot at home, why not? First to find it, the GPS will misdirect you. If I had not been paying attention I wouldve passed it. Nice location. We walk in to use the restroom first (driving ALL DAY) nice bathroom, wait you have to hold down the toilet lever to flush....mmkay....washes hands, paper towel dispenser doesnt work ::insert eyeroll emoji here::. We go to order, and I cant help but look around in the back. Used containers overflow the counter, food all over the prep station and floors, if my daughter wasnt with me and starving I wouldve left. But we had to eat. We get our food and go to sit down....picking seats is easy....whicheber one doesnt have food remnants on it. Granted I will be visiting thisnarea frequently in the coming months, I will NEVER come back here.

OK, so I just ate the Triple Threat Taco & let me tell u, That was an amazing Taco! Lol it was so good. They were pretty clean. The restroom were Okay. Customer service was great. Associates were dressed appropriate. This location was great overall, I will be back. My only issue with Qdoba is the cost. I know their quality in good is good but I just spent $30 for a burrito, 3 tacos, 2 drinks, some chips & cheese. If they included the drinks in the meal it may be a little more affordable because $30 is just a lil too much.

Ive never had any bad food from any of the other qdoba locations. But this is the 3rd time my food has been wrong or not done. They didnt have any onions or peppers for the burritos. My rice was undercooked and so crunchy. My chicken was burnt and dry! And they gave me the wrong burrito with bacon and steak dont eat pork or red meat. Super annoyed now they want me to drive all the way back out of my way 45 minutes for them to get it right again!

I had a Tequila lime burrito and it was disgusting. I mean come on people wake up and the smell the real burrito@ Chipotle, because this was cold and had no taste at all. The place seems dead and no one is working. Wake up people, this place need to step their game up!!! There is no comparison to Chipotle, so please dont compare the two. I would not recommend this place at all. I mean its still early in the day, so whats really going on?

I frequent the qdoba in center city Philadelphia often and have to say that this location is a disgrace. The lettuce is yellow/pink and the prep area had food all over the place as if there isnt a single rag in the place to clean up. Cashier looked baffled when I asked her how much my tacos were. Further there was trash all over the floor throughout the restaurant. These guys are due for a surprise inspection.

Ordered a taco salad and wanted fajita veggies on it. Was told that it would be another 5 minutes, decided to pass on it and eat my meal. However, once they were done, the server behind the counter brought them out to me anyway. A small gesture to some but THAT is the type of consideration and service that is missed or overlooked. KUDOS TO THEM!

I love this place anywhere but this location. Rice is never cooked all the way through and food usually has no flavor. Staff are rude and stand around talking. Sad to say that I have experienced this quite a few times and this location is the closest one to me. The one in Horsham is so much better and worth the drive.

Extremely friendly staff ,ordered a Taco bar the same day another location could not fill.They were very helpful and sweet,they made sure I had everything and helped carry everything to my car. The food was great ! Everyone at the event loved it !

Great burritos and staff! Queso and location are the only things that set this apart from Chipotle. Chipotle is definitely closer than Qdoba, and Chipotles rice is a little better, but if you want hot melted cheese with a kick, go here!
