So I do have to say that almost every review on this place is correct (except for the 5 star who must work there) I have always had an issue with this place. I always try to give them a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th chance..I know I seem silly but pizza hut is my favorite I have been etaing there since I was in elementary school reading books to get free pizza(Im 31 now) I went the other night to pick up a pizza for my son because its his favorite as well. I order online wait 30 minutes even though I was told it would be ready in 15. I drive 10 minutes to the store. Get there and guess what pizza is not done and it seems EVERYONE in the store was having an issue(and trust me they were not happy campers, I thought a fight was going to break out)I ended up waiting another 15 minutes only to find out my pizza was no where to be found and it had to be made again. They are seriously only getting this star rating for one reason and that was an employee by the name of Reggie, even with 5 different people in his face at the same time demanding pizzas and free items because they had to wait while also trying to manage the people who were coming in to place new orders. He managed to remain cool explain what was going on as well as apologize for what was happening, running back and forth to the back to actually SEE where your pizza was(not just standing at the register and blaming it on the kitchen staff) , he also offered options (i.e. refunds or additional items). With me that goes a long way especially in this neighborhood when half the time you walk in to get something they look at you like your bothering them. Great customer service Reggie!

I always place my orders online and you have the option to track your order. I have no complaints about the food....but the last few times the delivery drivers seemed a bit unprofessional. The first was a female, and although she seemed nice enough she had two passengers in the car with her which was kind of understandable, but the female passenger in the front was smoking a cigarette.......ok now the second delivery driver was a male who had his music BLASTING and blew his horn about 7 or 8 times instead of calling to say he was outside and when I opened the pizza box all of the cheese and and meat topping was on one side of the pizza as if someone held the pizza sideways instead of flat, but the guy who answered the phone when I called to inform them about the condition of my pizza was very courteous and demonstrated great customer service by sending me another pizza at no cost to me. If it hadnt been for the delivery drivers I wouldve given 5 stars.

Do you enjoy waiting more then two hours for your pizza? Do you enjoy calling your pizzeria an hour after you ordered to have them tell you itll be delivered soon or its on its way? Only to have it delivered two hours later? Then youll love ordering from this pizza hut! Many pizzerias do the moronic thing, which is delivering your pizza on time. They should all aspire to be more like this pizza hut. No matter what time, day, or month that you order pizza itll always come 2+ hours later. With their schedule youll always know when your pizza is supposed to come.

Terrible phone service I ask the guy how long will I be on hold because I was on hold for five minutes the first time I called he said Ill be on hold as long as it takes me to get to you in a very disrespectful way ...I will not be ordering from this pizza hut location ever again they need better staff with outstanding attitudes

Im still waiting for my delivery over 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and I was on hold for 7 minutes hung up and called back and now Im hitting 7 minutes again on hold. This is ridiculous my order is taking forever and I cant even get in contact with someone to see whats going on!

Waited 2 hours for some wings and fries. Driver expected for me to leave my house on a rainy day. Kept calling my phone until she took the hint, ended up having attitude that my whole meal ended up being turnt over in the bag. Choose a different pizza hut to order.

This place is horrible my order came to 40 and I was charged 49.91 on my debit card.. they was told to send hot wings it comes with blue chesse and a lil sticker that says burning hot wings I open it and its honey wings

The food is fine and if you got two hours to wait on it then this is the place for you. The service is ridiculously slow. I have never waited an hour and a half for anything from another restaurant ever!
