This would be a six or seven star place by my judgement. Stopped in because I remembered seeing the signs for it before it opened. Was thinking Tacos or Burritos, but was persuaded to try the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap. Oh, wow!!! It was hands down one of the best tasting things I have eaten. Now consider that it was healthy too... that is a winner. Their chicken looks like something you would get at Chipotle, but the flavor is so fantastic that I actually retrieved and ate a piece that fell off my plate. The wrap is a pita. In the pita is hummus, Tahini Sauce, chicken, onion, lettuce, tomato and parsley. The hummus was divine. The Tahini Sauce was one of the best I ever had; a perfect blend of lemony goodness. Did I mention the spices in the chicken? So good. I also tried a side of falafel. It was perfect. This is one of the best places in the Lehigh Valley to take a vegan or vegetarian and still be able to enjoy something once living for yourself. I didnt try any of the tacos or burritos (yet), but imagine that they are very good as well. They use the same specially marinated chicken for both cuisines. I am excited to have found such a delightful place. Lastly, the staff and owners were really amiable. I wish this place well. Such good and healthy food (well the Mediterranean Food anyway, I suspect you could end up with a 2500 calorie Burrito with a little crafting). Try this place if you get the chance!

Wow!!! Just picked up my first order, Falafel Wrap. It was AMAZING. I am so glad I live so close to this place :) It came with hummus and pita chips. My only recommendation would be to make sure all pita chips are crispy, as some were a little soft, but still delicious!!! I am a huge falafel lover and this is one of the best Ive had, if not the best :) Keep up the good quality and friendly atmosphere. I will be a frequent visitor for sure!!! I dont write a lot of reviews but I felt like I needed to let everyone know how good this place is!

This place is FANTASTIC! My wife and I are going to make it out here frequently. The food is, quite frankly, exactly what youd hope it to be. There is nothing fresher. Its so fresh, you actually realize how unfresh the competition is once you go here. The people (everyone on staff) is pleasant to say the least. The owners care so much about the food and the customers. The atmosphere is open, welcoming and professional. If you like Mediterranean or Mexican, try Poblano, you wont be disappointed.

Just went here for the first time, delicious, fresh, and healthy! This is a new favorite place of ours! The falafel was delicious, as was the hummus, and the pita chips were homemade with just the right amount of sea salt. My husband had the marinated chicken, which was tender and delicious. It is more expensive than chipotle if you are ordering the plate portions, which come with a salad and hummus. However, you get a lot of food and it is all very good.

This is a very nice place to have lunch , dinner or brunch ! Delicious menu and the owners make you feel super comfortable. They Accommodate your choice of mixes of menus and the presentation is just fantastic. The vegetables are fresh and all the other stuff too is made right in front of you. A Must visit !!

Poblano Med Mex is a relatively new place that serves a small but good menu offering some Mediterranean and Mexican options. The food is really good with decent portions, allowing you to mix and match some of the different flavors. It is typically quiet near lunch so it is definitely a good place to check out.

What a great find!!!! Had lunch there today for the first time and the food was amazing. I had the Med Grilled Chicken plate and my wife had the chicken burrito bowl. Both of us left very happy customers and will be going back soon! The portions are big and the food is very flavorful.

Been here several times now. The falafel wrap is excellent. I add Jerusalem salad, fresh jalapeño, and their red pepper sauce. Outstanding! Great service; they usually fry up the falafel to order. HIGHLY recommended for a quick and healthy lunch or dinner.

Im so glad I stumbled upon this place! Its a funky hole in the wall casual lunch spot and the food is outstanding! I tried the cauliflower wrap and its absolutley delicious! I cant believe I never heard of this place before, its so good!
