Any credit this place can be given is riding on the fact that this is a chipotle alone. As far as editions of the chain go, this ones pretty bad. As someone who goes to chipotle because of allergies, Airport road is a heart attack shaped like a restaurant with how careless the staff is here. No joke, I saw one girl replace the guacamole by scraping the dregs of the old batch and folding it into the fresh stuff. The old batch had beans, shredded cheese, and lettuce stuck in it by that point; just throw it out already! Having a dairy allergy, it always nettles me that none of the restaurants take better precautions to keep the cheese from getting dropped in the other toppings (which they often do), but this is just too shoddy even by the chains standards. The kicker is the reason they were opening a fresh tub was specifically because I had just explained that serving guac with other stuff in it is going to make other customers like me very sick. So your solution is to just hide the contamination in the new stuff that LOOKS fresh? I might be thinking of another chipotle (the high employee turnover rates are an almost universal problem) but I remember the staff were easily confused in other ways by me too. Anyway, just go to the one in Lehigh Valley Mall; its not perfect, but its better enough to justify the extra drive.

Went in on a Saturday, passed on MOD pizza.. Already having a few bad times here I decided lets give it another shot. And what do you know. The food was Gross. Cold dry steak. The rice was hard with no line flavor and the chips were stain and tasteless. I used to love eating here when they first opened. The food was hot and fresh all the time. Now the hot sauce is water down the rice is under cooked and the meat is over cooked. Char piecies all in the peppers mad onions. This place has really took a turn for the worst. There is only one time recently that the food actually tasted how it was. I would not recommend this place. Being that I work in the plaza we see at least 3 people a week throwing up in the parking lot. Look behind the building they keep their things a mess. Food everywhere nasty buckets outside. You couldnt pay me to eat here again. Chipotle lost a regular.

Went there today at 2:20pm to find the place pretty empty. Was kind of surprised till I walked in. What a pig sty. Ive never seen a chipotle so filthy. There was food all over the tables and floor. They had about 5-6 employees behind the counter so when we walked up there we were surprised to see the food either empty or dried out. The floor were the food was being cooked was a mess as well. My husband wanted to leave but we were all ready there so we ordered. We were really disappointed to see that there was no fresh food at that time of the day on a Sunday. Ive always loved chipotle but I can honestly say I will never go back to it. Its a shame because its the closes one to me. We drove over 25 miles to be disappointed.

Did not like my meal. I had chicken and carnitas corn tacos. The server pressed them for a few seconds so they where cold and fell apart. Corn tortillas NEED to be WARM/HOT. cold corn tortillas are not appetizing. Also when she pit tice on each one, she put almost a handful on one and whatever else was left on the spoon went on the other two tacos. I was so annoyed that i couldnt form the words to tell her to PUT MORE RICE ON THOSE TORTILLAS! Was not impressed with the food. Its like a big slap in the face to real authentic mexican food places. Just because Chipotle is fast doesnt make it good. I paid 12 dollars to waste three corn tortillas and mostof the food inside. At least my minutemaid lemonade was good.

The reviews that are 4 and 5 star only address the fact that yes, this a Chipotle. Absolutely awful for Chipotle standards however. Employees dont actually care to make your food well and just try to push you out the door as fast as possible. If the burrito you are wrapping is too big for the tortilla, rather than wrapping it faster and putting two layers foil on, maybe ask the customer if theyd like it rewrapped or wrapped in two tortillas so it doesnt fall apart halfway through rendering it impossible to eat. Ive been here on a few occasions and the service has always been dreadful regardless of if it is busy or not. Eat at the chipotle at the Lehigh valley mall rather than this one.

The cashier was the ruddiest girl ever. A small child came up, said excuse me, Can I have a cup. And she yelled at him. Hatefull as ever, Sad, You work with the public, I wish I was undercover boss, Shed be gone for sure. Get out of working with the public. No one smiles there, All look like they hate there jobs, Guy on the grill also. Wow, No going back anytime soon.

You can never be dissapointed when eating here food always taste fresh and always fills me up, price is not too bad, fast service, only when the server half spoonfuls the meat thats when I get angry, lmao J/k. The vinneagrette is amazing, burritos are filling cannot finish it, only when starving.

Chipotle is Chipotle. Its delicious of course. It can get quite busy here for two reasons. First, its in a very commercial area along a high traffic road. Second, its one of few in the area. Very very popular among the locals. Been satisfied every time Ive gone there.

People behind the counter are entirely too busy talking to each other to pay attention to what theyre doing. Dumped the steak out of my burrito(which completely fell apart by the time I made it to my seat) and swiped it from the counter to the floor.

Youre closing time should say 9 instead of 10, since thats what time they shut the lights off... Then you call and ask and the girl says "uhhhh well...Yeah, were open till 10." Oh really, Im supposed to order food in the dark??

The look of this place is fantastic. The food is about average for Chipotle. The race was a little undercooked in the meat in my burrito was a little overcooked. how can you have a Chipotle without offering any queso.

Ok. But it seems that Chipotles in the northeast all fall victim to poorer food quality. This is no exception. Meats all looked old and dry. The veggies were ancient and shriveled up. I ate there but wont go back.

Usual Chipotle. Busy when we went around 1pm, but quick to get through the line. Chipotle always seems to need more help, since tables turn over so quickly and not every person is neat when they eat.

I have Chipotle at least once a week and it is always good. The staff is this location is usually good and fast, especially during the lunch hours. If you havent tried Chipotle you need too.
