A little more attention could be given towards cleaning up the place. When its busy most all tables have some sort of small crumbs and food particle left over from an inherently messy meal. But overall the staff is friendly and courteous. Food is great.. Only complaint would be the guacamole is oxidized when I come in early on the weekends from it not being stored overnight correctly.. Then instead of kinda removing the brown bits of tainted food they instead mix it in and cover it up. In my opinion for the price I should be recieving fresh food everytime. Not left overs that were poorly put away from the night before. If not for that I would give 5 star. Despite my complaints I will surely be back for more.

Smaller portion sizes than other local Chipotle restaurants. My son got chicken and cheese hard tacos (with no ither toppings) and they werent even filled halfway full. Filthy bench seats at 10:45 a.m. on a Sunday. Asked for a rag, counter person came out to clean the seats. Seats were still filthy after she wiped them down twice. Disengaged and apathetic staff symptomatic of the repeated dissapointments ive experienced at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the Cedar Crest location.

Horrible !! I got a "quesadilla" which consisted of a tortilla chicken and cheese!! NO Flavor at all it tasted like pure cheese !!! The girl who made it was not friendly and rudely explained u only get to choose salsa or cream cheese NO GUACAMOLE!!!! what is this world coming to ahhh..... a deer park water was 2.75 ...my bill was over 8 dollars and I left dissatisfied... I only wanted to bust a serious fatty with my friend ! WE love food ! Never going back Id rather eat McDonalds

Friday night at 5:30 and the place is busy... thats good. The first thing that comes to mind is that Im way too old for the place. It is loud and ordering is not easy, but the real kicker is that the room-temperature food is just ok. The hot salsa was the highlight of the meal - really good. Other than the salsa, the meat was tasteless and the chips were stale. We will not repeat this mistake.

This Chipotle location is absolutely out of this world, in the good sense! The staff and cooks are extremely courteous and helpful. The manager, Tyler, is genuinely one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. The food is delicious, the pricing is rather fair, and the environment inside is very warm and welcoming. My only recommendation for you? Get the guacamole!

Discussing dead mice in the back room and grease flowing from the side entrance and employees smoking cigarettes right outside the pickup door trash laying around the maintenance vehicles abandoned by the mall not to mention the nasty oder of rotten food emitting from some ware DONT BRING YOUR FAMILY TO THIS DUMP YUCK

Typical Chipotle fare, which is to say delicious. Price was one of the cheapest Chipotles Ive seen, however they use clear plastic bowls instead of the usual paper/foil combo. I think its actually smaller portion with the clear plastic. But service, atmosphere, food was all as expected.

I love chipotle but not this location. Burrito was poorly built all around. Small portion of chicken, way too much sour cream and to top it off they couldnt roll it properly and made a mess doing so. The outside of my burrito was covered in bean juice and they just gave it to me anyway.

Trying to order is impossible. Its always so loud in there nobody can hear you when ordering, I try to make easier by saying just give me everything and still cant seem to get it right. Maybe turn down the awful music. Otherwise courtesy is fine with service, and food is good

Cheese just sort of disintegrates when melted. Not very many toppings or options. The hot salsa is barely hot. Funny enough, my drink cup had the word "yucky" printed on it. Quite fitting. The dining areas is always dirty and organized kind of funny, making seating difficult.

My favorite Chipotle. Staff is great. Favorite burrito: black beans, white rice, fajitas, with salsa and guacamole. Extremely filling and tasty. I never heard of Chipotle until I went to undergrad, but since then.... I always look forward to going there with friends.

Do not believe Gennaro! This Chipotle was clean, even during the busy lunch hours. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. Though it tends to get pricey, because of the aforementioned expectations of Chipotle, I negate the previous negative review.

Believe Gennaro. Ive been to many chipotles and this one is horrible! As a matter of fact I had food poisoning from this location. I wrote the headquarters and they responded but after being sick i just cant think of eating there again. Dont do it!!!

If this is your first chipotle, move on. This is not a.good one. Ive been to others in king of Prussia and Las Vegas, and both were fine, but this one stinks. Go to Moes on Sheonersville rd instead.
